Not satisfied. I was called about a recall, had an appointment set, only to hear the that the part wasn't there but would be the next morning. The next day, I received a call to say no one knows whe appointment set, only to hear the that the part wasn't there but would be the next morning. The next day, I received a call to say no one knows when the part is coming in. Now I'm concerned about driving my truck due to a possible defective airbag. Derek was very helpful and I'm not blaming him at all but this was a huge inconvenience for me as I live 30 minutes from your location. I received a complimentary car wash but the rims were not cleaned at all. More
