My service experience was great. I arrived at the scheduled time and my battery was replaced quickly and efficiently. Service was efficient and informative! The staff respects the Nissan brand and reputation! My vehicle was serviced for an oil change. Seth told me to let Enterprise know, FYI, so that THEY could assure their servicer was doing things properly going forward.....I thought that was very thorough. My emgine light came on the day after my oil change at Nissan Richmond. I called to let them know and they were EXTREMELY accomadating in having me come back in and have my Nissan examined. Very considerate!! More
Made an appointment for 10:45 AM to get a State Inspection. Promised to be finished at 5 PM. That didn't happen. It was then promised for 11:00 AM the following day. Again that didn't happen. All of this was supposedly due to not having a lug nut and a caliper bolt. Seriously? Also, the complementary wash was not done. More
