The dealership is very professional with good customer service. They offer free wifi and a limited variety of free snacks which is nice. However, I miss the old seating agreement in the waiting room. They greeted me with great vigor for my appointment. Asked me to have a seat in the waiting area while I waited. The wait for my oil change went over an hour. The person who checked me in came to speak to me at an hour ten minutes. I’m sure the lady who had been helping others waiting asked him about my car after noticing I’d been waiting for a while (she checked on me). I purchased my car here and was apart of the program of lifetime free oil changes. Well that was about the first thing “my guy” told me I wouldn’t be getting anymore. I would think people who had been customers of this dealership & granted this program would be grandfathered with this service but NO. Makes me question the Nissan brand. He did say that the only thing that needed immediate attention was the engine air filter but everything else was good. After reviewing the receipt, there were a few things that needed attention but no mention of them. When I got my car back I noticed it was wet so I assume they rinsed it off but my front license plate was bent upward. So I would say be sure to check the outside of your car when you have service before you leave. More
