Service center great did not like a sales rep calling me asking about my car asking about my car More
Glad that they took me so quickly to exchange my battery. It took a little longer to compete likely because they were so busy but I was appreciative nonetheless. It took a little longer to compete likely because they were so busy but I was appreciative nonetheless. More

I am happy with the service manager Phil. But the owner needs to take a look at his own self on why he has lost so many good service managers. I am tired of losing ones I have been dealing with for years. needs to take a look at his own self on why he has lost so many good service managers. I am tired of losing ones I have been dealing with for years. Don Johnson was the last one that left I worked with for the past 4 years. Maybe the owner needs to take a self assessment and know that keeping employees happy is the key to success of customer service. Don't lose Phil. More
I needed a State Inspection and multi-point inspection on my 2010 Nissan Murano. I made the appointment ahead at 9:45 AM and dropped the car at 10 AM. I informed him that the tire pressure indicator light wa my 2010 Nissan Murano. I made the appointment ahead at 9:45 AM and dropped the car at 10 AM. I informed him that the tire pressure indicator light was on in the dash. The service rep told me he will let me know if anything was needed at the end of the day around 5/5:30. I requested him if I can get back the car at 4:30 as I have to pick up my wife around 5. The service rep told me that's possible. I call at 4:30 PM to check if the car is ready. The rep told me that the mechanic is inspecting the car now. Nothing major found and they will give it a wash and the car will be ready. I went to pick up the car and he handed me an inspection checklist where it says - 1. dirty brake fluid, 2. tier pressure due to TPMS - $180, dirty engine filter, dirty cabin filter. I dropped the car in the morning, if they inspect around that time and let me know the findings, I could have told them to do/fix those. Instead, they did the inspection at the end of the day and I have to go back another day to fix those issues. I guess time management is the big issue here. More
