I was a little disappointed although that may be unfair. I had a service which would only take 1 hour. I dropped it off at 4:00 the day before my appointment. At 9:30 on the day of the appointment, I rec I had a service which would only take 1 hour. I dropped it off at 4:00 the day before my appointment. At 9:30 on the day of the appointment, I received a call from the Service area asking Me exactly what they were supposed to be fixing. I found this disconcerting since I had checked the vehicle in with a service advisor. The needed replacement part was identified and being held in the parts department under my name. I did not get the car back until 4 PM when I was hoping for it much earlier. More

First of all, I had an appointment on a Friday and they said that I couldn’t get my car until Monday - which turned to Tuesday. Why would you schedule me for an appointment on a Friday if you guys knew you said that I couldn’t get my car until Monday - which turned to Tuesday. Why would you schedule me for an appointment on a Friday if you guys knew you were backed up? I could have taken my car anywhere else. Secondly, it feels borderline impossible to get in touch with the service station. You get the prompt to “press 2” to get in touch with then and the phone hangs up. Then you have to phone the operator who always has an attitude which is great. And then my car is finally ready to go after like an entire 4 days or so of not being able to get around and I have to call a million times to get any information about getting it picked up - if my car’s invoiced and ready to go why wouldn’t I get a call? And finally, the Sunbit setup was a disaster. I was given a quote amount for an initial payment and it ended up being $90 more when I got there. No one seemed to know how to get this thing to work, and all the while the whole team was cursing up a storm like I wasn’t standing there. I don’t even care when people curse, even at their jobs, it’s normal. But after all of this I was heated and it just made me realize how disorganized and unprofessional this place is. I would sooner elope with my worst enemy than ever come here again. More
I had a major repair done by this dealer 14 months ago and the part failed. With only a 12 month warranty, I am now faced with the same expense. The service advisor shared that he never recommends the par and the part failed. With only a 12 month warranty, I am now faced with the same expense. The service advisor shared that he never recommends the part they put in last year because the part usually fails within 18 months. He shared that that the advisor was no longer with the dealer. So, I'm stuck with no relief as the dealer takes no responsibility for the shoddy work done a year ago. I'm also stuck paying the $310 diagnostic fee, which is well above market rates. My thinking in bringing my car to this dealer is that they would be familiar with the problem since they did similar work a year ago. Turns out, I paid them a diagnostic fee to learn that their prior work was poor, which is why I have to repair again! The actual service for this repair was not good. I had an appointment first thing Thursday morning and the car wasn't looked at until end of day the following Monday. I chose not to have the repair done so picked up my car the next day. I was surprised that I needed to wait for the car to be "put back together". I waited an hour and a half to get the car. I was told it might be a 30 minute wait after initially being told that the car was available. A terrible overall experience. More
