As a certified State Inspection diesel mechanic, I know how and what to service on my vehicle. The Service Department indicated the 1 year old battery installed by this very same service department was cra how and what to service on my vehicle. The Service Department indicated the 1 year old battery installed by this very same service department was cracked, leaking, and needed replacing, whereas I had just recently cleaned the corrosion buildup on the battery terminals with NaHCO3 and a little residue was left on the battery which made an inept technician think the battery was cracked and leaking. There is NO crack or leak upon inspection after returning home. We (my wife and I) were, also, very disappointed that we were NOT informed of the change in dealership and that our free state inspections and oil changes were not being honored anymore. We will NOT be using this dealership for those or any other services in the future. We will stay on the south side of the river, as it is too far out of our way, when there are shops we use and trust near us. More
