I ordered 4 winter tires a few weeks ago when I had my car serviced. At the appointment time, tge tired weren’t in. I scheduled to return that Thursday, tires weren’t in yet. $2500 and about 3 weeks late car serviced. At the appointment time, tge tired weren’t in. I scheduled to return that Thursday, tires weren’t in yet. $2500 and about 3 weeks later, I have no new tires. No one has called me. Ive called 3 times and was told someone will call me back. No one has yet returned my call. At this point, I want my money for the tires back!!! I will not call back again but will go there Saturday to get my thousand dollars back! More
Stopped in to check on an issue while traveling from out of town. Were great to get me in a take a complimentary look. Told transmission was dying making the horrible sound, when in fact was merely a whee of town. Were great to get me in a take a complimentary look. Then made an attempt to buy car off me based on this information. All in all felt scummy as xxxx. Would avoid at all costs. More
Horrible customer service! They had my car for over 5 days and no one called with updates. I had to call and when I did, almost impossible to get someone in the service dept on the phone. Finally after days and no one called with updates. I had to call and when I did, almost impossible to get someone in the service dept on the phone. Finally after arriving to pick up my SUV my so-called service advisor was very unprofessional with me as she attempted to argue with me. I was confused because I almost forgot I was the actual customer. Also the. receptionist was rude because I continued to call the main number until I was finally able to reach a live person in the service area. I guess she was annoyed with my calling because she no longer greeted my calls with a simple “hello thank you for calling Nissan how can I help you” instead she just transferred me. More

I tried to call service center multiple times to check on my car but poor service. I have been told that service supervisor will reach out to me but didn’t heard back. From last 4 years I have been taking my car to this service center and I ask them specifically what they recommend for this service, I dropped my car Morning and they called me end of the day saying something is wrong with alignment and had to replace my tires. I asked the supervisor why they haven’t recommended me for alignment when I came last time but he didn’t respond. I ended up paying $600 for service and they didn’t even gave me any kind of discount More
