The experience was terrible from the beginning. My car got towed to Nissan on October 20th, I called midday to get an update and they told me they couldn’t find my car. They tried to blame it on the guy w got towed to Nissan on October 20th, I called midday to get an update and they told me they couldn’t find my car. They tried to blame it on the guy who towed the car and claimed he never dropped the keys off. He did but someone at the service desk misplaced them. Then I was told the service would take till the end of the week max and I didn’t get my car back till November 10th. They tried to offer to”over pay me for my car then offered then tried to run my credit and offer me thousands less then other dealerships were offering me. Throughout the whole experience I had to call a million times to get any answers or updates about my car. Once I finally got my car back they didn’t reset my engine light and my cruise control was no longer working so I had to go back and get that fixed. More

I was very pleased with my experience with Nissan of Richmind. When I dropped my car off for service there was no waiting, I was in and out. Later in the day, I checked on the progress and asked about Richmind. When I dropped my car off for service there was no waiting, I was in and out. Later in the day, I checked on the progress and asked about an oil change. They added that service to my ticket although it was late in the day. When I picked my vehicle up and they gave me the bill, they had given me a free oil change! What a pleasant surprise! Barry Ashbrook More
