I wrote a negative review earlier, but I take it all back. I brought a brand new tire last week from this dealership. Over the weekend I found a bubble in the sidewall. As you can imagine I was shocked, afraid, surprised - many emotions. I brought the tire back to Nissan of Richmond. At first I was given wrong information. However, after speaking with the Parts and Service Director, Mr. Hornbeck, I have nothing but good things to say about the leadership team here! I support any business that makes an effort to right a wrong. This is a good place, with great service and great people! Thanks again! The only consistency is someone is going to call to try and buy the car. Every time I go in it's something different. The service that I receive from Debbie/Scott is exceptional. I have been requesting to speak with the GM or someone higher and have not received an update on my message. Based on my recent experience I don’t have plans on returning for routine maintenance. I came in at 8:42 for a 9am appt.- oil change and state inspection. At 10:35 I was advised that I needed wipers an returning for routine maintenance. I came in at 8:42 for a 9am appt.- oil change and state inspection. At 10:35 I was advised that I needed wipers and the plate lights needed to be replaced. I agreed immediately to have the work done. At 1:15 after everyone that came in at the same time as me and those who came after left I went to inquire about my car, and was given excuses and was told my advisor left and didn’t communicate to anyone. I was frustrated and instructed them to give my car. I get the paperwork, paid the bill, but my keys were missing. The gentleman that stepped in to help found my keys and was really trying but at that point I was utterly disgusted. I shared a few words with the sweet customer retention manger- her name escapes me at the moment. I’ve had quite a few bad experiences with the service department, but tried to give grace and not provide negative feedback, well that has definitely come back to teach me a lesson. I’ve been driving a Nissan product since 2002. Altima, Infiniti and Murano, so Im loyal to the brand but the service department is very lackluster More
