Rip off artists. They had my car for over year! That is how long it took them to figure out the problem. They gave me a high price to repair the car and when I agreed They had my car for over year! I had just been released from the intensive care unit at VCU hospital and was unable to pick up the car so they had it towed off the lot and the tow truck operator wanted $700 for the tow. I purchased a 2020 Honda Hr-V from Nissan of Richmond on June 19,2019. There was a small cosmetic imperfection on the hood which the dealership agreed to fix as a condition of purchase. I took the vehicle back about 2-3 weeks later to have the imperfecrion repaired. It took almost 2 weeks. I was called at 4pm on a Friday and told to come get my car right then. I live an hour and fifteen minutes away. I advised the rep I couldn't come until Saturday morning and he was frantic! Insisted O come right then, again I said no. I went to get the car on Saturday morning and discovered MORE damage to the front of the car than when I dropped it off! I guess I know why they wanted me to pick it up Friday night. Every one acted dumbfounded when I pointed out the damage and suggested I make an insirance claim! ABSOLUTELY NOT!! So I was told that they would orderthe parts to fix the damage that following Monday...here I am a week a later and I was just told they are "trying to secure the part". I am livid. I am being given the run around. A quick Google search found the part on 5 different websites. Obviously they think I'm a fool or that I'll just let it go. But I won't. And I will NEVER use this dealership nor would I recommend it to anyone ever!!! Spen your money with an honest dealership. Don't deal with these people. More
I just want to say it’s shame the way they lie to customers about how they can get you approved. I was honest with salesmen that my credit score low, I don’t have downpayment, or don’t want a co-sign customers about how they can get you approved. Now I was honest you can have been honest with a turn me away instead of all hype about incentives, etc and knowing xxxx well y’all won’t going to approve me. It should be a crime to waste people time when you already knew at the beginning. To be honest, I have always been upfront about credit issues anytime I come to Nissan of Richmond just for them to gaslight me and convince me to do a credit report. I know my credit issues and how bad it is and will be challenging.My thing is when a customer is honest with y’all and you know as a salesman that it’s not going to be approved. How about be honest with your customers instead of running the credit reports and now a customer has multiple inquiries when bring the score down any more. I have a car I have brought in the past from Nissan of Richmond but I know I’m just a number and my feelings don’t mean nothing. But I can honestly say I will never purchase a car from Nissan of Richmond ever because all they do is lie to you on what they can do for you, have you sitting for hours, don’t allow you pick out your own ride, they have it already pick out for you, and just a waste. I came in for service and they the one came for me and knew xxxx well I won’t leaving with a new ride. Just leave customers alone More

I first called Khalil bc my son’s car had to be towed to the dealership and Khalil was helpful original finding a tow truck for us. Once the car was towed to the dealership, I was told the car may be looked the dealership and Khalil was helpful original finding a tow truck for us. Once the car was towed to the dealership, I was told the car may be looked at that day or the day after. I had left several messages for Khalil with no return call. The only call we ever received was to see if we wanted to trade the car in. Really? My husband ended up going to the dealership to see what the status was and we got the run around. To make a long story short, a month later we picked up the car after calling and visiting several times. Then found out the car battery was not even secure inside, Connected to nothing and banging against the inside. We will never go to this dealership for any repairs and definitely not to purchase from ever again. More
