William Jackson III, (Internet Sales Director, Sheehy Nissan of Richmond @ Short Pump) is a great guy to work with. I requested a quote online and within 30 min we were passing e-mails back and forth an Nissan of Richmond @ Short Pump) is a great guy to work with. I requested a quote online and within 30 min we were passing e-mails back and forth an once we got the make and model I wanted, he gave me a really good quote (price wise). Another local dealership (Sheehy Nissan of Mechanicsville) quoted me slightly cheaper ($153 on a $27,000 Car) on a like model vehicle (the vehicle color was different). The Internet sales manager decided to leave before the dealership closed, so I talked to a regular salesmen and indicated the quote that I received. But, Mark Shebelski (General Sales Manager) would not honor the quoted price. After alot of back and forth (Mark Shebelski becoming rude and inconsiderate, I left. I drove across town, talked to Mr. Jackson, he was nice and friendly, he honored the quoted price on a comparable vehicle, and overall did not make me feel like it was a high pressure sale (or even any pressure at all). I would recommend everybody looking for a new Nissan to get an online quote from Mr. Jackson at Sheehy Nissan of Richmond @ Short Pump and never talk to a regular salesmen and to NEVER in your right mind go to Sheehy Nissan of Mechanicsville. It is worth it to take the drive to go to this dealership over any other Nissan dealership in Richmond. More
