My overall experience was not good. Didn't feel sales team valued me as a potential customer and therefore demonstrated mediocre service. Will definitely take my business elsewhere. sales team valued me as a potential customer and therefore demonstrated mediocre service. Will definitely take my business elsewhere. More
The first month after purchasing my 2013 Nissan Maxima both turn signals had condensation in them and had to be replaced. Sheehy wasn't able to order two new signals and install them once they received th both turn signals had condensation in them and had to be replaced. Sheehy wasn't able to order two new signals and install them once they received them, I had to take it into the shop, drop the car off for a day, only to receive a call later that evening stating "you seem to have moisture in them so were going to order you two new ones" Here we go, so I had to drop the car back off with two small children before school and pick it back up the following afternoon only to repeat the process a couple months later for condensation in a tail light. My most recent experience was, yep you guessed it, condensation in the turn signals again. This time I was informed that they will not replace the turn signals because it is not covered under warranty. Sheehy, even with a $2500.00 extended warranty would not replace the signals stating that moisture is to be expected in turn signals. Please take into consideration this is a $42,000 were referring to. Please show me one other car on the lot with water in the turn signals. I will never purchase another vehicle through this dealership seeing the how the service department responded to a legitimate concern. The final outcome? I was told to call Nissan customer service and take it up with them. Very poor form Sheehy, especially after purchasing a $2,500 extended warranty for this exact reason. More
first of all i like to say the car i purchased was supposed to be a certified pre-owned vehicle, WHAT A JOKE!!! they showed me paperwork on what they done to the car to sell it which was over $1500.0 supposed to be a certified pre-owned vehicle, WHAT A JOKE!!! they showed me paperwork on what they done to the car to sell it which was over $1500.00, also my first bad experience came a year later after putting less than 5000 miles on it when i took my car to the acura dealership for a bad power steering pump, leaking transmission and they found a bad air and cabin filter that looks like its been in there from day one, its a good thing i purchased a extended warranty with it because the bill came back a little over a $1000.00. just recently i took the car back to the acura dealership for a another major problem my vsa and check engine light came on that cause me to loose major power it couldn't go over 35 mph they reset my ecu to fix the problem so far so good also they said if that didn't work they would have to replace the ecu and that's $2000.00. the reason why gave this rating is because they don't stand behind there 125 point inspection like they say they do. PLEASE!!!! PLEASE!!!! PLEASE!!!! USA CAUTION IF YOU PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM!!!! More

My husband and I visited Sheehy Nissan on April 20, 2013 looking for a used Nissan Rogue SV. We were referred by my son-in-law to William Jackson who was very busy at that time with other clients. Mr. Jacks looking for a used Nissan Rogue SV. We were referred by my son-in-law to William Jackson who was very busy at that time with other clients. Mr. Jackson referred us to Rodney Booker. Mr. Booker was very easy to talk to and showed us exactly what we were looking for, and in our price range. We test drove a 2013 Nissan Rogue SV and made our purchase and were on our way home within two hours. We were very happy with our purchase and the professional way that Mr. Booker helped us. I would recommend Sheehy Nissan to all of my friends that are looking to make a purchase. More
I went to multiple dealerships and was completely disgusted with the pressure of the salesman. But my very last stop ended up being the best one. Daryl was Great!!! he did not push me to purchase. He disgusted with the pressure of the salesman. But my very last stop ended up being the best one. Daryl was Great!!! he did not push me to purchase. He took the time to make sure i got the best possible deal for the budget i had. we all know that Car shopping is a long and tiring process especially with a child. Daryl took time out to show her to the play room, even took highlighters and pens out of his desk to keep her occupied while we filed out paper work. He truly treated her like she was his own. When it came down to the numbers he was willing to keep going back and forth with the mangers to see if it was possible to work out any discounts so that i was able to stay very close to my budget. After the deal was set and he didn't have to do anything else. He asked one of his customers if he could have a minute just to help move my things from one car to the newly purchased.I highly recommend him if you go to Sheehy Nissan in Short Pump. Be sure to ask for Daryl Johnson. !!! More
I won't tell you not to buy a car here, but be wary if you do. The price listed is not anywhere near what you should pay, you should get everything in writing, and you should ask for confirmation of anyt you do. The price listed is not anywhere near what you should pay, you should get everything in writing, and you should ask for confirmation of anything they tell you. I worked with at least 4 different people who all told me lies or half truths, and tried to bait and switch me. I ended up buying a car that is fine for what I needed/wanted, but walked away feeling angry, duped, and stressed on what should have been a happy and exciting day. And now, two days later when there is an issue with the car, there is no one there answering their phone. 1. I emailed a few days before I wanted to test drive a specific car that was listed online, both on their website and on cargurus.com. Their internet sales manager (William Jackson) emailed me back with information about a car that was the same model and year, but had 10,000 more miles and was $1000 more expensive. Strange, I thought, but I'd go in and ask to see the other one, which even today is still on their website. When I arrived, William handed me off to Danny, who seemed very nice and immediately started talking to me about the original car I had wanted. I negotiated a lower price because, as he said they "wanted to earn my business." I got that offer in writing, but he told me the car was at another location. That's when the strong arm started. He told me that to even arrange a test drive, they had to start the purchasing process- running my credit, etc. Again I thought, strange, but I'm not signing anything so no big deal. I had driven this model several times before, so the test drive was really about seeing this specific car up close. I knew if it matched what they had listed about it online, I would probably buy it. He told me it would take about 30 minutes to get the car over from Mechanicsville. I had other cars to go test drive, so he said he'd call me when it was ready. 2. Two hours later, he finally called, and said there was "traffic" in Mechanicsville that had held up the car. OK, whatever, I headed back and we stopped for lunch on the way. So I'm pulling into the dealership an hour after he called me and his boss calls me to tell me there's been a mistake: the car they had given me an offer on had already been sold. Now, either way this is fishy. Either their internal procedures are messed up and they don't know their own inventory, indicating poor overall management, or, they outright lied and the car was never available- a more likely story given the other things that happened. Either way, not somewhere I should be doing business. I should have walked away. 3. I didn't. Danny's boss, Ron Flores, said they had an identical car available. Lo and behold, it was the car William had emailed me about- 10,000 more miles and $1000 more. Absolutely not. Ron even said "I know this looks like a bait and switch, and that's not how we do business." I argued with them for over an hour about the fact that legally, when a merchant provides you with a written offer and then breaches that offer in any way (here, the original item wasn't available) the merchant has to make up the difference. After Ron leaving the room at least three separate times to "speak to a manager"- which managers I never saw or was allowed to talk to, and after I spotted him talking and laughing with the sale people for 10 minutes at a time while we waited for him- he finally said that someone told him I was right, and they did have an obligation to make good on the offer. Again, I should have walked away. 4. I test drove the car, it was fine, and was what I was expecting for a 2010 Nissan Sentra. Nothing fancy, but safe, comfortable, and priced at the original price I bargained for. OK, I'll take it. 5. Financing. Earlier in the day, someone from financing told me I would be getting a rate of 3.25%. When I went to sign the papers, the rate was 3.5%. I hadn't gotten the earlier offer in writing, so I had no real leverage when I complained about that. By this time I had spent over 4 hours with these people and was tired and worn down. 6. Somewhere on the drive home, the back half of the passenger side mirror fell off. This is a certified preowned vehicle that they claim went through a 150+ point inspection. That shouldn't happen. The next day, when I had a passenger for the first time, she tried to lower the sun visor and the cover for the mirror came tumbling down on her, the plastic hinge totally broken off as if someone had broken it and then just put the visor back up to hold it on. I called to ask about these issues and no one was there to address them. 7. Today, I go back to their website, and look at that- the car I bought is gone, but that one I originally wanted is still listed. And it is NOT in fact identical to the one I bought. Now, I don't necessarily care about the features it has that my car lacks (power mirrors and a remote trunk entry, etc). I didn't check for those on this car. What I DO care about is that they told me the cars were identical, and they weren't, which means now four separate people have lied to me. Bottom line, I got a good price but was lied to and misled in a coordinated way, I will never buy from them again, and I will warn others to think twice before they do. More
