In January I had to replace my engine in my car. Last September I had a bankruptcy discharge. Needless to say, I was not welcome in most dealerships even though I am working hard and moving forward. One day I received a postcard in the mail inviting me to visit the dealership because they wanted to help me rebuild my credit. It sounded too good to be true but I thought I had nothing to lose. I called and talked to Ray Winston who was very personable and didn't give me a high pressure sales talk. Two days later, I went into the dealership and was greeted by Ray and Wilbert Brown. Immediately I could tell these two gentlemen truly loved their jobs and made me feel totally at ease. Having sold cars in the past, I can spot an insincere salesman immediately. These guys were genuine. I told Wil my story and he said, "I have the perfect car for you." Thinking sure you do, we went out and test drove a Versa Note. It was totally different than what I expected. Moving from a mid-sized SUV, the Versa was a big change for me. The price was reasonable so we went inside to see if I could get a loan. I was overwhelmed when I was approved with payments I can afford. No pressure from start to finish and all these men were so nice. I appreciate this dealership giving me a second chance. My financial issues are in the past; I don't live there anymore. Since then I have recommended this dealership to many friends. I never considered a Nissan before, but now I am a fan. More

My family received an internet quote from Sheehy on a new Versa Note, which was competitive but not the lowest we received from the Richmond area. When we went into the dealership (most local) to drive and purchase the vehicle, Luciano Batista pulled out his top hat of classic car dealership tricks. Claimed that the quote was for a model much lower than requested, claimed the vehicle wasn’t there (then accidentally found it) and quoted several thousands higher. Upon walking out, he called over and over until I answered and begged me to come back for the purchase. Even said he would beat any other dealership’s price by $4000. Please. I bought just up the street for lower than the original estimate which made my $0 down lease payment drop by over $70 month! He said it was impossible. Richmonders, shop around: Sheehy is FAR from the lowest in the area pricewise, you’ll get a much better customer service experience elsewhere and it’s no wonder this ethic-less dealership has been sold! He used following sentences "GET OUT" and "NEVER COME BACK" when I refused to wait after half an hour. Upon trying to get his name - he locked the door.
