Worst ever insult in my life This was my second visit to dealership and they have been very consistent in being worst to give most horrible experience. I had been to BMW show room and had got a very good selection but I was very impressed with Nissan Rogue 2014 hence decided to re visit this show room again in spite of previous bad experience. Guess arrogance of being only Nissan show room is close proximity can put in lot of arrogance. They had given considerably higher price than what i had from internet and then when I asked how is possible they got a sales guy who just pretended to talk and showed us the way out. have never been insulted worst than this. Total waste of time. Guys take my advice and don't be humiliated. More

Thanks for looking out for me I had decided to see if I could trade in my recently purchased used car so I went to Nissan since I knew a couple people who worked there. I was shown I had decided to see if I could trade in my recently purchased used car so I went to Nissan since I knew a couple people who worked there. I was shown my options and wasn't sure what I should do. I had some issues with the current vehicle I had and wasn't sure if I should keep it or trade it in. Peyton was so kind to me. She saw my fears and how unsure I was. I was alone and she told me she would take a look at my current car and let me know in detail everything that was wrong with it so that I could make a wise decision as to whether I should keep it or go for the new one. She was very understanding, kind and I felt she genuinely cared about my making the right decision for myself. I was so happy she was there with me and I truly feel she was looking out me no matter what I decided. I couldn't have asked for a better, more compassionate person to help out with my decision. It made the experience much more pleasant knowing she was there for me. Much thanks for all the effort in helping me make a wise choice and driving away in a new car. More
Aafter waiting for an hour, some guy named Bruce briefly met with me, asking financial information before I could even explain to him that I would simply like to discuss the price of a new Nissan Versa. I met with me, asking financial information before I could even explain to him that I would simply like to discuss the price of a new Nissan Versa. I also stated SEVERAL times I would NOT like a credit check run as I was simply there for information. Bruce then drove me out to the parking lot and showed me the car I was interested in, yet did not bring the keys to test drive it. So, he wentbback to the main office leaving me, an 8 month pregnant woman, in the middle of a parking lot on a hot day, alone for 25 minutes. As he casually strolled back, he was speaking to another customer, stopping several times to show THEM cars. After I test drove the car, he had me sit, again ALONE in the middle of the Nissan dealsership for another hour and a half with NO contact from himself or the "finance guy"... my bad I guess, I simply wanted to know the price of the car. After stating I was leaving, they ushered me in to a to asking me to sign paperwork, in which I refused to. The finance guy then explained to Bruce that I was being difficult in not giving my information. I stood up and left. A week later, I have had a hard credit inquiry hit my credit report from this dealership, and found that a loan application was filled out IN MY NAME by this dealership. Do not go here, they are out for themselves and disregard human decency. More

I visited this dealership during my working hours on 3-13-14 and was in a hurry. I informed Trevor what I was looking for which was getting either a used or new car for my wife with a low monthly paymen 3-13-14 and was in a hurry. I informed Trevor what I was looking for which was getting either a used or new car for my wife with a low monthly payment. I let Trevor know that I am currently paying my daughters college payments off and really needed a low monthly payment. Trevor said he would work up some deals and when i returned that evening he would go over the results with me. We ended up leasing a new Rogue with a low payment. Trevor was great and my wife is very happy getting a new car. Trevor was very polite and quick. He did exactly what I wanted and didn't try to push me into something i didn't want. Thanks Trevor.
