Appreciation I came to the service center because I was having trouble viewing out of the windshield. I was told not to worry, the problem will be answered. To make a long story short. I needed my windshield wiper blades replaced. The blades were replaced and I made it back to work on time. Thanks so much !!! More

Immature, BEYOND unprofessional, offensive, ridiculous, annoying, rude, I could go on f The finance guy Sof was like working with a drunken frat guy. Immature, BEYOND unprofessional, offensive, ridiculous, annoying, rude, I could go on for days about how bad this man was. His behavior made the whole experience of buying a new car more stressful and not pleasant. I can take a joke better than most, but the whole time making offensive jokes, talking over me while I was trying to get things straight with my insurance, "joking" about EVERYTHING. Buying a car is serious; it's a customer service/sales service. I expect professionalism. I would never deal with this person again and I would expect this person to be fired for such poor customer service. When you are spending that much money on a brand new vehicle is SERIOUS and should be treated that way by the employees. He popped a pain pill in front of me, makes jokes about me to my face, I don’t care if he was kidding, the whole experience was a joke. I wouldn’t go back if you paid me to. Trevor Worosher in sales was fabulous though, very professional and nice and helpful. More
Fantastic Place for a First Purchase. I just moved to Richmond, VA a few weeks ago with a nice new job out of college. After driving around my falling apart 15-year-old truck, I decided it was time for an upgrade. I went to Sheehy Nissan and had a great experience. I was first assisted by Alex Aguilar, who proceeded to help me find the perfect car for what I was looking for. After two test drives to which he was very knowledgeable during, I landed on a brand new 2014 Nissan Rogue. Alex helped me fill out paperwork and with the help of Billy D'amato, I was able to attain a low APR on this new vehicle which is nice because I'm a new buyer. My next trip in to finalize the paperwork and get the keys was assisted by Mike Olsen who did a fantastic job explaining the paperwork to me and helping me through the finalizing process. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and all of the bonuses and deals that the New Nissan of Richmond had to offer me. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and I want to personally thank them for their service. More

Total waste of time It was a complete waste of time. Me and my wife went there after receiving a letter stating that they help to rebuild credit. After getting there I pr It was a complete waste of time. Me and my wife went there after receiving a letter stating that they help to rebuild credit. After getting there I provided the letter we received to a Salesman named Matt who proceeded to read and explain it. Keep in mind our initial reason for the visit was to check the legitimacy of the letter and see what we qualified for. So soon after Matt reads the letter he sits us down and we begin to talk about cars, out budget, how early in the process we are, etc. Matt then takes us and begins to show us cars. We get back inside and let him know we still have homework to do, a budget to work out etc. Matt runs to get his supervisor to potentially save a sale that was never a sale. The manager comes out and immediately starts to talks about a new car, which was in direct opposition to what we told him we would be interested in, which was a used car. Matt states he will pre-qualify us, he then runs our credit and states he's pulling the car up...I state what car? We never talked about getting a car today, and we definitely didn't talk about a NEW car. Felt like what we expressed wasn't listened to at all, If I come in saying I just want information don't try to sell me anything...I'll take my money to Carmax, I KNOW they won't harass me about a car sale...... More

Mrs R Espiritu Went in for a routine oil change. My appointment was at 9:30am and I got there at 9:20am. I was checked out at 11:00am. No apologies or explanations w Went in for a routine oil change. My appointment was at 9:30am and I got there at 9:20am. I was checked out at 11:00am. No apologies or explanations why it took 1 and 1/2 hr to get an oil change. They also left the paper mat inside my car and seat all the way back. I have been going here for a year now to get my oil change and they have always been polite and wait time was under an hour. They just changed management so I guess the new guys don't care about customer service. Will never come back here again. More

This was the first challenge for ya'll 'Calvin' and 'Joe' worked so hard in getting me a car payment that I could live with. Even though, I didn't have a lot of money, I felt like I have been treated like a millionaire !! Financing was the next challenge. Once again, Mr. Boston and Mr Jackson did some wrangling, and once again they came through. Every time I have called or come by, everybody has been so helpful and seems genuinely concerned. I also, want to thank your service department especially 'Kevin', for being timely and efficient in getting me a spare key made for my 2012 Sentra.
