We told him what we wanted price wise and monthly payment wise and he found a beautiful Nissan Versa 2013. Nissan financed a new car for me car in 2003 and I had no credit, that sold us on Nissan in the beginning. Mr. Mike Castro worked with us on the financing even having us come back the next day for a lower rate due to the fact that I had purchased the Sentra in 2003 and we were never late on the payment. We left the same night with the Versa and our problem was solved that easy. I cant say enough about these gentlemen that just made us feel that we made the best deal they could give us. I never do reviews but this time I had to let you know that these men went above and beyond to help us. More

Knowing it was time to get out of the sports car phase and get an "adult" vehicle, I began by test driving various compact SUVs around town, which I m Knowing it was time to get out of the sports car phase and get an "adult" vehicle, I began by test driving various compact SUVs around town, which I made clear to all dealers that I stopped at. Though there were many vehicles that had a great ride, most did not offer the full safety and technology options, or the power, that I wanted. (This included the Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Santa Fe, Lincoln MKC and the Buick Encore.) We were passing the Nissan dealer on the way to another dealer and pulled in on a whim. We went to the back of the lot, peeked in the windows and that's when I saw the interior that was the most appealing to my eyes. And the overall look of the vehicle also pulled me in. A bit bigger than I was originally looking for but not as big and bulky as some of the larger SUVs so we decided to go into the showroom. Parking was difficult as all spots were filled (they were packed with customers, which was a good sign so we asked a gentleman coming out where we could park. He walked us around to the side, allowed us to park on the side of the driveway, then he introduced himself as Joseph Jackson and asked how he could help. We told him about the vehicle in the back, then I told him my expectations and he arranged for a test drive, which he joined us on. He explained all of the features of the vehicle, pointed out the options I wanted, and many that I had not even expected and, with the way the vehicle handled, I knew this was the vehicle for me. Once we returned, Joe spent quite a bit more time talking about options and pricing. When we got to a pricing agreement, we went to meet with the Financial Director, Mike Castro. He explained every details of the process, addressed all questions and at no point made us feel like he was trying to rush. Once we finished up the financial details, I was highly excited to be the proud owner a beautiful new 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum! Joe took over us again, had the vehicle detailed (while we met with Mike) so he was able to start reviewing all of the electronics and other features before we left. Joe also promised to do follow-ups for some items we had questions about and he kept to his word. I can also offer that, while waiting, it gave me time to observe the atmosphere of the showroom and staff. The music they played was upbeat, the staff all appeared to have a purpose and sense of urgency for whatever tasks they may have been taking on. Overall, after visiting other dealerships, I knew when I got into this dealership, and drove the Murano, that this was my last stop...I was home. Thanks to all who may not be mentioned here as I know you were in the background supporting this effort! More
Don't bother making an appointment It doesn't seem to matter if you have an appointment. I had one and drove from northside of Richmond city to find that someone else had taken the car It doesn't seem to matter if you have an appointment. I had one and drove from northside of Richmond city to find that someone else had taken the car and would not be back until 7:30. My appointment was at 6:30. They knew the car was being looked at but just did not want to risk losing the sale. They should have had the courtesy of calling to tell me that before I left my family to have dinner without me to go see a car that wasn't even on the lot. Instead of losing that particular sale, they've now gained a negative review of the dealership as a whole. Don't waste your time, you are just a number and there are a few dealerships around town that don't treat you like that. More

In fact, when I went in for service for the first oil change for my new car, they couldn't have been nicer The sales and service department are fine. In fact, when I went in for service for the first oil change for my new car, they couldn't have been nicer and more, customer friendly, BUT, because I selected one of the optional insurance coverages and then changed my mind, the refund process has turned out to be less than customer friendly. My contact at the dealership made mention that the refund is "in progress" and when I realized that wasn't the case, I was asked for more time. Each time I GAVE more time, I heard nothing back. SKIP this dealership. There are many others to choose from. More
untrustworthy Sales I was at the dealership to buy a Rogue SL with Premium package. I test drove a black color SUV and was very satisfied with the vehicle. On that same day I couldn't make a deal due to price difference. I walked out of the dealership. Couple of days later the sales team called me with a counter offer, I had increased my price by almost 3 Grand to get the vehicle that my spouse and kids liked. I accepted a deal with the sales guy on a condition that I need to get the same specifications SUV with a different exterior color. I asked the sales guy to locate that vehicle and call me back. The sales guy called me an hour later and said that they will get the SUV with the color of my choice and with the same specifications that I test drove. He congratulated me and said to stop by the next day at the dealership to complete the paper work and get the delivery. Next day I went alone to the dealership with my wife and kids waiting at home for our new SUV. At the dealership the sales guy tried to jack up the price by almost 700$. I denied to accept it and said that we already had agreed on a particular price and its not fair to increase it again. After couple of meetings with his manager he said that he will honor the price he promised on the phone, I signed on the paper and said I want to see the SUV before I give my social and start the paper work. We went to see the SUV and I was surprised to see a vehicle with less addons (Almost 2K worth of upgrades less). I said to him that the color is what I want but the SUV is not with the same options that I test drove. He said NO its the same SUV with just a different color (the color I wanted). I challenged him and asked him to show the SUV that I test drove. He said that he doesn't know what SUV I test drove. I said him that it should be there in his records, he said no it won't be there. I was completely disappointed with his tricks and said I wouldn't buy it. He said he will go to his manager and talk, he returned later and said that if I give 1000$ more I can get the SUV I wanted. I said that is not our agreement. He said forget about that deal and this will be the deal if I accept to give 1 grand more. I said I can't afford more and said to him that I was disappointed and walked out of the showroom. When I returned home my spouse and kids were waiting for the SUV and when they knew that I was tricked by the sales team and couldn't get the SUV that we wanted they were so sad. My kids were completely unhappy with me and left to their rooms. I really felt ashamed of me as a parent and was very furious of the dealership. Forget about buying from that dealership again, I will make sure that my experience is know to all my friends, family and other review websites. The guys at this dealership are not trustworthy, cunning and tricks you to make more money. More
Typical car salesman I went in to look at a vehicle that I saw online. i told the salesman that I was there only to look at it. After I asked to get details on it a second salesman entered the equation. Do not get me wrong I know how this game works and I am fine with that. What i do not like is being lied to. After the second salesman pressured me with his "how about we do this much a month with this interest at this many months" for the umpteenth time i finally agreed to purchase the vehicle at $230.00 a month, 72 months and at 6%. the original salesman was also going to get me some replacement hub caps because the one on the Hyundai I was purchasing actually stabbed me because they were so messed up. I left waiting for his phone call about the covers and was happy. However, instead, I get a call a few days later asking me to come sign some more paperwork. I go in and I am told that the deal had changed and now I have to pay $250.00 a month at 10% for 72 months. I had already given my old car (only vehicle before this) away a s a present and now I am stuck with this. I have it in writing from your dealership that I was told the first deal and then to be told that you couldn't do that days later is very unethical and wrong in my opinion. All that this dealership did by doing that to me was to reassure to me that car salesman are exactly as they are portrayed to be in most peoples eyes. I was also told that day (the second visit) that I would receive a call the next day about the wheel cover or caps (whatever you want to call them) and to this day I have heard nothing. I understand that the 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe is not your brand and that it was a used vehicle but I had hoped that your dealership would treat any and all customers with the same integrity and respect as the customers buying a Nissan. I can not tolerate liars and I do not deal with liars. So other than the free oil changes that I was told I had for life (if that's not a lie too), I will not be purchasing another vehicle from you again, which I had planned on doing in the near future.
