Great Deal Me and my family were in the market for a new vehicle. I did my part by researching over 50 dealerships and prices. We found that Nissan of Richmond offered me the lowest price on a 2015 Nissan Altima within 100 mile radius. I drove over an hour to receive the deal I got from the Nissan of Richmond. The customer service was outstanding. Justin and Joseph took care of from the time in until the time we left. As a consumer do your part and know what you want when you arrive it will expedite the process tremendously. I arrived at 6:30 pm and was on the road by 8:30 pm. Great experience also with Mr. Roger McGowan in the finance department. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to put Nissan of Richmond on the list. I felt that these guys genuinley cared about my car buying experience and I can honestly say that I 100% trusted these 2 throughout the whole process. Jack remained patient with me when I didn't understand a couple of deatils while I asked several question. Corey followed-up with me throughout the process and made sure that I was well taken care of. These 2 were very thorough on all questions that I had. I didn't spend 3-4 hours on the paperwork. The process was quick, accurate, and painless. They did not pressure me and were not pushy as most salesmen usually are and that was very nice for a change. They gave me the highest trade-in offer out of the other dealerships I visited. I felt that I received a good, fair price for everything. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received.
