A pleasure from start to finish! I was in Denver when this transaction began. I was communicating with the Internet manager, Mr. Jackson at the time regarding an Xterra. He kept in contact with me until I visited the dealership. He introduced me to Fernando Salmon, who would be the sales consultant in the transaction. Although I had been interested in anXterra I changed off to a Pathfinder because I had received an owner loyalty offer in the mail which provided special incentives and financing for the 2015 pathfinder S 4 x 4. Fernando assisted me in locating the right vehicle from their large inventory. We took A test drive and returned to the dealership to complete the deal. I would be trading a 2015 Altima and leasing the 2015 Pathfinder. At first, the sales manager was not familiar with this promotion but he checked on it and honored it. I got a great deal on both ends of the transaction; a price for my trade that was more than fair and a great price on the new Pathfinder. The net result was that my payment for the Pathfinder was only $28 a month more than the low payment on my trade-in. The transaction was documented by Harry Zahirovic. He performed the transaction quickly and efficiently and did not try to upsell me into any extended warranties or paint sealant or the like. The new vehicle was detailed and waiting when I signed the. last document I have purchased or leased a lot of vehicles in my life and I can honestly say that I have not experienced such efficiency and professionalism as I did that day at Nissan of Richmond. I would highly recommend them if you are considering buying a new Nissan! More

Jack Kelly, our salesman was excellent to work with and Adam, in the Finance Department was extremely helpful. Overall pleasant and satisfying experience. In all honesty, we had one or two sticky moments during the negotiating, but my wife, daughter and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family and co-workers. More

2x customer So, I'm gonna try and make this as short as possible. Basically, the whole Nissan Of Richmond is AMAZING. These guys and gals are awesome. This was my second time purchasing from them, although the circumstances were awful, the experience was delightful. I bought a 2014 versa in 2014, brand new. This past summer, it was totaled in an accident. I didn't know what to do or who to call after the responsible party insurance company decided to total my car. I called the dealership and first spoke with Adam who gave me total confidence that everything would be ok and that they would be able to help me figure out my options. It was about 5:45ish in the evening and he told me to come in that day! I was shocked, most times, people are ready to go home, not deal with a complicated situation such as mine. So I went and there I started working with Will Brown. Talk about friendly! He gave me such peace. I felt like I was cool on the outside, but on the inside, I was sweating bullets and a nervous wreck. Will was so confident in his abilities. He had no doubt in his mind that I would be able to get another vehicle. Honestly, his confidence boosted mine big time. I will never forget him for that. I didn't drive off that evening, but I felt great when I left. Then, I believe Corey Joseph called me to check on my situation and to see if he could help. At the end of our conversation, he said the magic words "feel free to shoot me a text or call anytime" music to my ears! I am a texter! I almost hate talking on the phone. lol! Anyway, I started texting him from that point foward. When I say ATTENTIVE, I mean it. It's the perfect way to describe Mr. Joseph. I could literally text him at any point during the day and he'd ALWAYS reply within a couple of minutes. For all I know, he could've been at home relaxing on his day off but I would've never known becasue it seems as if he put his "worker bee" hat on everytime he heard from me and he constantly looked for an opportunity to help me. I mean honestly, I never felt like I was a customer whom they were trying to sell a car to, I felt like a little sister they were trying to look out for. It may sound cliche' but it's the truth. Needless to say, I drove away a week later in the car I WANTED and I've never been happier. I absolutely love my new ride! To Will, Corey, and Adam (&staff) I am forever grateful to you for what you have done for me, not once, but TWICE. Words can never capture how much I appreciate you all working late and coming in early for little ol' me. I thank you sincerely from the bottom of my heart, for making a terrifying situation and pleasant one with a wonderful outcome. You are all WORLD CLASS. THANK YOU! More
