I had issues with getting my refund on the extended warranty in which it took 4 months to get it, further more i took my car in for the first time since i purchase it for an oil change and was ask about a 30000 mile service which is a brake and power steering fluid change, i purchase it with a little over 32000 miles why wasn't the maintenance done before i took delivery of the vehicle if it was in there possession as a lease???? fast forward i since been in an accident and total loss the vehicle and i was given a certificate of $5000 down towards my next car purchase if its a total loss well they can have that $5000 i took my business to MCGEORGE TOYOTA and purchase a nissan frontier with 21000 miles for $21000.00 AND IM LOVING IT!!! We spoke several times before I was on site and he bent over backwards to try to fill my very specific vehicle needs. He was communicative and friendly every step of the way! Once I arrived Vince was an Awesome Salesman. He did not stutter once while explaining a single feature on my vehicle and answered all questions flawlessly as if he wrote the car manual and policies himself. That put a lot of confidence in my purchase. Roger in F&I was the sweetest man. He made filling out all the paperwork entertaining and a breeze!!! I saw the negative reviews that some left and all I will say is give this place a chance! I am a 25 year old female and the prime target for a car seller to take advantage of if they want to but they treated me like gold the whole time. Also I had a terrible experience at another delearship and when I told them about it they said if someone acted like that there they wouldn't be around long. I am willing to bet you won't find the people who caused negative reviews there now. THROUGH THE MOON EXCITED AND CONFIDENT ABOUT MY PURCHASE! Corey, Vince, Roger... you guys are the bomb! You can tell that they truly care about the customer and not just about making a sale, and that goes a long way with me. They have both gone above and beyond! More
Worst car buying experience ever One of if not the worst car buying experiences in my 20 years of buying cars. I strongly recommend you do not go here to purchase a vehicle. For one the offer they give you if trading in a vehicle will be $3-5K less than what it is worth. I even showed them KBB and Edmunds trade in value but they still lowballed me $5K. Several other dealerships offered me $70K-73K but they said best they can do is $67K. Second their vehicles are significantly priced higher than what worth and what other dealerships want for same vehicle. I even showed them 8-10 different dealerships selling same year vehicle and similar miles for $2-4K less. They said that probably because those vehicles weren't taken care of and were in the snow. They also said that VA market is higher so price will be more which didn't really make sense. I came in ready to buy a car and everything seemed good before physically going there. I had already been approved for a loan by my bank but it all failed and was $10K off. DO NOT go to this dealership unless you want to be ripped off or disappointed. Updating this review because the Sales Manager had the nerve to text me and disrespect me. I am super shocked that one would do that because it's very unprofessional. I'm sorry I spoke the truth about my experience. Even more shocked that he tried to disrespect me and tell me what I can and cannot afford like he knows my household finance. I came in with an approved check for $85K. It didn't work so I got approved for more. $87K and he still didn't want my business and insulted me. This is craziest and worst car buying experience ever. Please spread the word. You don't text and disrespect a customer just because you got s bad review. SMDH More
