What appeared to be an empty lot with barely any employees on the outside trying to get sales. This one idiot did walk up to me and didn't seem competent so I kept going. It was not until Herbert approached me as I was leaving and swayed me to come inside. The sales manager (so he says) sat down with me to determine what I was looking for. The process was long, they did try accommodating me while I was there in terms of comfort. I had to wait for them to drive the new car I was obtaining from the South part of Richmond. When I got to finance for the signing of documents it was another long drawn out process. Of course trying to sell additional coverage, warranties, etc. They guessed the mileage of the new vehicle that was driven to the dealership which was way less than the actual mileage of the vehicle, which I found out later. They put regular unleaded gas in the new vehicle according to the individual that drove the car back to the dealer. According to Nissan's guide/booklets that are in the vehicle. Overall, the experience was ok. Nothing was explained about the vehicle, I was just happily sold a vehicle with extra coverage/warranties and then sent on my way to figure it out. All I can say is before you leave this dealership, you better write down names, have everything explained and any special promises in writing. I wouldn't send anyone here for a first car experience. From the freshly-popped complimentary popcorn machine to every person we spoke to, it was an overall wonderful experience. The salesman who helped me was the most helpful in every aspect. He even helped me get my phone connected via Bluetooth to my new car! All of the stations and services we went through were so ready to help meet me at the price point I could afford. I'm so happy with my new car! More

Classic Bait and Switch Dealership I had originally sent in a request for a vehicle listed on their site for what i considered to be a great price. The dealership is roughly 5 hours fro I had originally sent in a request for a vehicle listed on their site for what i considered to be a great price. The dealership is roughly 5 hours from where I live, but I was eager to get the ball rolling on some numbers prior to making the trip down to the dealership to see the car and do the final paperwork. After about a week of trying to get the sales representative, Justin Baker, on the phone, we were finally able to schedule a phone call to talk through the logistics of what I was looking for and the price range I was expecting to be in, given the original price listed on THEIR own website. The time we were able to set aside that worked for both myself and Justin based on my hectic work schedule and his availability had to be rescheduled; Justin never called. So eventually we were able to find another time to talk on the phone, where we talked over everything I was hoping to be able to do with this new purchase. I also brought up the fact that the price listed on the website had been changed after I sent in my original request and that I wanted to make sure this wasn't a mistake, which the salesman dodged a few times before quoting me a final price for the vehicle. The final estimated numbers he presented were MUCH higher than they should have been had they been based on the originally posted price of the vehicle, which the salesman finally explained. Apparently, they do not price their own vehicles or run their own website, so the pricing on THEIR company's website is not accurate or guaranteed. He shifted the blame to a third party team and was not expected to honor the posted price. The quote that he gave me was based on a price that was nearly $8,000 higher than the price I had inquired about. Let me spell that out for you. EIGHT. THOUSAND. DOLLARS. When I asked about receiving contact information for either his supervisor or general manager to discuss this issue, he was never heard from again. For a dealership as large as this to dismiss all accountability for their advertised pricing and neglect a serious buyer willing to make a 10 hour round trip to purchase a new car is disgraceful. I will not be visiting this dealership in the future nor will I be recommending them to anyone in the area. Buyers beware that the price you see listed on their website may not be the price you are expected to pay. More

Our salesman--Ian Roarty--was knowledgeable, didn't oversell, and marshaled us through the process efficiently and cheerfully. The car itself has met all our expectations so far. Thanks to Ian and all the others who helped us that night. More

Made an appointment to r Engine light was on plus vehicle was pulling, asked to get a diagnostic done. Advisor informed me that I had a Pinon leak. Made an appointment to return, advisor called an informed me that it wasn't the Pinon but an axel leak okay fine fix it please. Mind you I haven't notice a leak or evidence of this in my parking spot. Return for my truck engine light still on. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Ms. MITCHELL we didn't know the light was on we will recheck. Now you tell me the catalytic converter is bad.. So I have paid $500.00 to get my truck fix but the problem still present. Mr. J. Johnson informed me that the notes in the computer said I came in for a leak, that's lie number 1, He said he would locate the paperwork an call back lie number 2 A representative (survey) called she said the same no call back #3.Bring the vehicle back in let's see what we can do Nothing sat there 3 hours to hear you need to replace not one but two catalytic converter. And the list goes on . And on a closing note had my oil changed no sticker in window so when I returned for the last visit I mention it a sticker was placed but not for my vehicle I have over 100,000 this sticker read change done at 36000 really. Overall, an above average experience This is our second vehicle from this dealership and we will be back for a third. Overall, it was a great experience. We negotiated with Vincent Polc This is our second vehicle from this dealership and we will be back for a third. Overall, it was a great experience. We negotiated with Vincent Polcyn ahead of time via email and arrived to buy. When we showed up at the dealership, Vincent was waiting outside for us (in the rain I might add) and took his time with us to show us the car and answer all our questions. He then gave us exactly what we negotiated for and did not try to upsale us at all which was extremely appreciated. Most important to us was that the dealership honored their emailed quote and did not try any bait and switch us at all. We felt no pressure with Vincent at all and did not see a sales manager (that I know of) for the entire visit (which if you buy new cars, they are not the people you want to meet). My only complaint is that we came to buy and they were not ready for us, It still took over 3.5 hours after agreeing to terms before we left with the car. To be fair to them, it was the last day of the month, the car was at a satellite lot, it was raining, and it was still wrapped in plastic. We were still somewhat frustrated because I was late to work and we thought we allowed plenty of time. In the end, it was only an inconvenience and did not reflect negatively on Vincent or the dealership. Adam Packett was our Finance Manager and was excellent. He gave us our options and was not pushy at all. He let us decide what option best fit us and that was that. Again, we really appreciated that as I can't stand when they are aggressive and pushy. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him as well. I would say that it was our best new car buying experience to date and we would highly recommend Vincent and Nissan of Richmond More
