I have been leaving messages for you, Jamee, for Debbie Gecon, with the receptionist to have the manager in the showroom call. I have yet to receive any response. I honestly did not want this to be public as it is a personal matter, but I feel I’m running out of polite options. All I want is what is actually mine… a refund of the GAP insurance I paid for. It should be a very simple process. My daughter got hers in a very timely manner. When you don’t comply with giving a refund it’s called stealing. Please just cut the check. I can even drive the 40 miles to pick it up. Good grief.
