Note sure what is going on this dealership. I was looking at a Nissan Certified used Armada, I knew more about the vehicle than the salesman, let’s call him Kevin, which was not very personable I was looking at a Nissan Certified used Armada, I knew more about the vehicle than the salesman, let’s call him Kevin, which was not very personable. I told him if the numbers were right I would make a deal, figured that might put some pep in his step. However they refused to provide a solid number for my trade, this was after they appraised it. The range they gave was $21k-$26k, I questioned their tactics and he replied “ the more you owe your trade the closer to the $26k number we’ll give you”. I then replied the trade number should be exact and not a range, I then got up and walked out. More

Absolutely nothing but lies, deception and trouble buying a new car from this dealership. Save yourself a lot of grief and go to a different one… or better yet, buy a Honda. I have a long list of complaints, but in the end I requested and filled out the paperwork to get a refund of the GAP insurance I foolishly agreed to at the time of purchase. Never heard much back except it can take up to 120 days to receive the refund of MY money. Well, the car had such a bad “feeling” to it from the horrible buying experience that, after 7 months (after requesting my GAP refund), I traded it in at a loss for a new Honda. I continued to wait out the 120 days for my refund. It is WELL past that now. I started emailing Debbie Grecon a few weeks ago reminding her that the 4 month max wait should be over… she responded that she’d look into it and cut a check and have it signed Friday of that week (almost a month ago now). I never heard from her again in spite of weekly emails to her… and I certainly haven’t received MY money back! All I want is what is rightfully mine so I can move on. More
