Had inspection completed and they changed the oil which was a nice surprise. Was disappointed however just a little car wasn’t washed as they generally do. Our initial experience wasn’t good. We had set an appointment to look at a car and when we arrived we were told that unless we were there there to purchase a car we could not be helped. After being convinced to come back for a test drive, the experience wasn’t much better. First, we were discouraged from purchasing the one one car we were there to see so we could “upgrade to a brand new vehicle “. Once we made it clear that we were only interested in the one vehicle that we had researched, then it got really, really gross. The traditional, old school sales tactics came out and we were really pretty stunned that in this day and age that this still goes on. From the sales guy to the finance guy. It was awful. We never, ever will go back. The schadenfreude going on there was just disturbing. I hope you hear this feedback. Mahamadou was okay, not great. His manager and the finance person Charles “the Bull”, would be where I would start I I owned this franchise. There also seems to be a major disconnect between your sales department and auto repair department. Another major customer service failure happened to the point we were wondering if maybe we had a blooper reel going for us. Again, not sure if it is just this dealership or all Nissan dealerships, but I so regret buying this car. More

It was a pleasant experience. The service department was professional and friendly. When approached by sales associates they were respectful and pleasant; I think the humor is a nice touch.
