Thank you for the response. I will continue to use your service department as they are usually polite and very helpful but my husband and i will be buying our next Nissan at a different dealer. If my experience would have been a little bit better we would be buying a pick up truck from you in February as he has decided that he wants a Nissan now also. Thanks again for reaching back out.

I have owned 10 Nissans since 1984 and bring 2 low mileage Muranos there for service. 3 out of the last 4 times you did not rotate tires as requested, failed to replace a bad battery until I complained, and told me a clean air filter needed replacing. Not how any customer, much less one so loyal should be treated. I was told the tires were ok and wearing evenly. The service report did not support this. A few days later you mailed me that I needed new tires.
