It's not unfortunate, it's the way you conduct business, and choose to continue to conduct it, despite countless negative reviews for the same thing. You list cars for under market so people reach out, push them to get a phone number to either get them to the dealership to find out there's tons of hidden fees, or try to sell them another car all together. It's a terrible way to run a business.
