These scam artists tried to rip me off by selling me a car that was leaking oil. They lied several times and tried to bully me. 2023 truck already had a failed battery (not the dealership’s fault) . I went in to get a new battery under warranty. I got there and in line when they opened. I was 4th in line. The employee said they had the paper work and not the keys. They suggested the truck was being washed which is odd as it’s a work truck with ladders and a bed full of trash. After another 30 minutes I went outside to stretch my legs. My truck was around front with the windows down, keys on the seat while it was starting to rain. I had thousands of dollars in tools and equipment in the truck plus keys to the properties I help manage. The company’s response was “oops, we shouldn’t have done that”.
