Came her3 for a simple oil change, tire rotation and state inspection with appointment at 730, did not leave until 1115. Asked after 930 how long it will take, at 10 they stated only thing I needed was state inspection with appointment at 730, did not leave until 1115. The advisor couldn’t explain what took so long, no apology for long wait. I have been coming here since the purchase of my vehicle in 8/2015; the longest it has ever taken for this service was hour and a half. Highly disappointed in the service I got on 6/19/23. More
