This dealership is excellent with regard to the new management team, Chandra in the service department, and Ryan in sales. I brought my 2013 Frontier in for service and looked at new 2025 Nissan Rouge management team, Chandra in the service department, and Ryan in sales. I brought my 2013 Frontier in for service and looked at new 2025 Nissan Rouges while I was waiting. Ryan, a sales representative approached me and asked if I wanted to test drive a Rogue. I did and decided to make a deal on a trade in. Ryan is outstanding in his knowlege, courtesy, and working with management to get a great deal for me. Ryan is the best sales representative with whom I have worked throughout my years of working with different dealerships. I highly recommend him to work with you should you want to purchase a new or used Nissan! The dealership itself is pristine with great amenities. The waiting time for service and/or sales is minimal, and the whole team is without a doubt, Top of The Line!. I am very thankful to have chosen Nissan of Richmond for my their service, sales, and management team. My experience was awesome.
