Sayed is a clueless tool. He has absolutely no idea about the details of the cars he sells. This dealership conducts business in the most horrible way I have ever seen! T He has absolutely no idea about the details of the cars he sells. This dealership conducts business in the most horrible way I have ever seen! They have a prescripted torture method to sell cars. Anyone entering this dealership with a sharp mind and ability to discern information is most surely not welcome. All I needed was the price of the car, the trade allowance, and the out the door price. NOT POSSIBLE apparently. Some random manager ordered me off of the property because we disagreed over the correctness of GOOGLE. I offered to agree to disagree, but that was not sufficient, and got yet another lecture and a full description of my character flaws. To think I was about to buy this car! Truly amazing how they treat their customers... They don't know their inventory, they don't know how to sell, they don't know how to treat their customers, forget the old adage, The Customer is Always Right. ALSO, they do not introduce themselves and state their position. Very hard to follow. Do yourself a favor, stay far far away....... More

Worst experience ever with a dealership. Car broke on the way home from purchase. Has been with them for two months, they refuse to fix it or pay for it to be fixed anywhere else. Extended w Car broke on the way home from purchase. Has been with them for two months, they refuse to fix it or pay for it to be fixed anywhere else. Extended warranty refuses to pay for it. No manager will answer their phone or return a call, they refuse to even say who their head manager is. The entire place is a scam. More

Beware of Nissan of Richmond: My Costly Lesson in Trusting Car Dealerships My experience at Nissan of Richmond was nothing short of a disheartening ordeal. They misled me into believing the car ha Trusting Car Dealerships My experience at Nissan of Richmond was nothing short of a disheartening ordeal. They misled me into believing the car had passed a Virginia inspection despite a glaring crack in the windshield. Their assurances of a replaced front suspension proved equally deceitful, as the persistent warning light stemmed from the use of a substandard part, not a calibration issue, as they claimed. Adding to the frustration, they reneged on their verbal promise to reimburse me for the windshield, despite encouraging me to sign an "as is" document. In a desperate bid to recover some of my losses, I canceled the gap insurance, anticipating a prompt refund. It's been an agonizing six months, and I'm still waiting for that check or even an update on its status. The pressure to write a positive review before even leaving the dealership should have been a red flag. Nissan of Richmond's conduct is a stark reminder of the importance of vigilance when dealing with car dealerships. Their lack of transparency, coupled with their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, has left me feeling deeply disillusioned. I urge potential buyers to exercise extreme caution or, better yet, explore other options. I am still waiting for my refund for over 6 months. More
