Very nice I went to get in and get my oil changed and was worried it would take longer than predicted so i asked Alicia if I could get a rental car for the day I went to get in and get my oil changed and was worried it would take longer than predicted so i asked Alicia if I could get a rental car for the day so that I wouldn't be waiting around, instead she went out of her to check on my car to make sure it was processed quickly. As soon as she saw it being brought out she came and told me. She also made me aware of the 4% rate on using a card instead of cash before I got charged. I also liked that I was able to sit outside and enjoy the weather while waiting for my car. Again, thank you to Alicia for going above and beyond for my service. More
RIPPED OFF! They are terrible and rude. They promise you a deal they cannot deliver and don't tell you until the last minute in hopes that you will take what "they" want to offer you. This 2016 Nissan Altima certified pre owned was sold to me for $2,000 more than what it was online for. I drove off with the car had my friend look at the contract and then I realize I over paid for my Nissan Altima. I immediately smell a burning smell on the certified pre owned vehicle I just bought. The service engine light came on, they said there was plastic bag underneath that got burn under the car which was a lie, and they got some of it out. They gave me a big issue getting a loaner while they fix my car. Then the loaner they gave me tire blew because the alignment wasn’t straight and they said I can’t have my vehicle until I pay $1038. So they took the loaner back That day still didn’t fix my vehicle the day they said they will. I have no car to go to work and they still haven’t fix my car they are 2 days late for giving me back my vehicle. i would never ever again return to this dealership to conduct any business and i advise anyone else reading this to do the same. Amazingly Awesome! It was practically like in and out! I went in for an oil change and to reprogram my TPMS! THEY USED MY CAR FOR 3 ROBBERIES I dropped off the car on July 27th. They said they needed to keep it to make repairs... today I called to get an update and they told me that "my advi I dropped off the car on July 27th. Next thing you know, I'm getting a call from the 102 precinct... they asked me if i knew where my car was.. and of course I say "At the Nissan Service Center". They informed me that they had my car and that my car was involved in at least 3 robberies over the weekend. This is still the time no one from Nissan has contacted us or given us an explanation. All they say is that they're gathering all the details and will get back us. HOW DO YOU LET A CAR GET STOLEN!!!! AND USED FOR 3 ROBBERIES! RIPOFF!!!!! Took my Nissan Altima for dull front headlights and squeaking brakes and was told nothing they could do about the dull lights cause they are on and ha Took my Nissan Altima for dull front headlights and squeaking brakes and was told nothing they could do about the dull lights cause they are on and have power but surely told me that my brakes were damaged and needed new brakes and rotor. My plan all along was that my brakes are new they just squeak. I wanted to see if they will bite on my test. Test that they just want to sell even if our cars don’t need anything. Prove me wrong one day and go to a dealership with a non problem of your car and watch the results. Pure Thieves!!!!! So I had to pay $150 for their inspection but I still left with squeaky brakes and dull headlights. What a Shame!!!!! NO STAR FROM ME HAD TO GIVE ONE IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE REVIEW! More
Not impressed at all Nissan of Queens have a very nice web appointment scheduling system that allows you to enter your vehicles data / info. It also recommends what service should be done and allows you to select the extras you want. Then when you get to the dealer, the service advisor doesn’t have that data available or if he does, he totally ignores it and pushes a different service. I asked for a 20,000 mile service and the instructions he wrote on the service sheet was a 10,000 mile service even though the odometer had 19,967 miles. On top of that, I was not asked what oil I wanted to be used (I wanted a synthetic oil change and they put in a 5W30 oil). When I went to pay, I noticed a sign that said if I was paying with a credit or debit card, I would be charged a 3.95% TAX (yes it said a tax not a surcharge - probably because surcharges are not legal in NYC) by the credit card company (I called AmEx and they had no idea what I was talking about). When I went outside to get my car, the idiot that delivered the previous persons car mowed down a plastic pole, got out and walked off with no apology to the cars owner (luckily no damage). The only person that I spoke that seemed to have any pride in his job was the service bay manager. Full disclosure: this was my third visit. First visit the service advisor was so rude and condescending and obnoxious that I walked out after two minutes, second visit was an oil change (which was quick and no charge) and this third visit was for the 20,000 mile service. UPDATE 06/19/2019: had a frank discussion with Customer Service Manager and I believe that the changes they are implementing will improve the whole customer experience and I have update my initial rating. I wish them all the best for the future. More
