A wonderful experience I just picked up my 2014 Nissan Rouge. All I could say is wow! The car is unbelievable. Joe came over and introduced himself to me and gave me his business card and told me what ever I need to please contact him. If I ever hear anybody looking for a Nissan Andy and Joe will be the first people that I call. Once again thank you for the outstanding service. More

Stay away from this place I've been buying and leasing cars for years and never ever have I had such a bad experience. From keys not being programmed when car was delivered, paperwork being all screwed up, to outright lying, and people who carry manager titles that are just a bunch of clowns. STAY AWAY More
Don't buy your Toyota at a Nissan Dealer! I purchased my 2006 Toyota Sienna at this location. It was my first time buying a car. It was the experience from xxxx. The car I originally purchased I purchased my 2006 Toyota Sienna at this location. It was my first time buying a car. It was the experience from xxxx. The car I originally purchased was a 2005 Toyota Sienna a total lemon. The customer service sucked. When I called back the next day I was told the person who sold me the car no longer worked there. This car sat there for almost three months before they got tired of me and offered me another car. Don't trust anyone, Sheldon, Dominic, Paul any of them right down to the receptionist at the door. These guys are CON ARTIST at best! I brought the car back the very next day. The car had a bad engine. I was told by the mechanic that helped me the car wasn't even supposed to be on the lot or sold and management knew there was a problem with the engine. I was ripped off for my first time buyers discount among other things. I did not purchase through a finance company. I paid by check in full. Don't give your hard earned money to these scammers take your business to a reputable dealer. More

Regardless of whether my vehicle was originally used as a rental two years ago, today it is not. I bought the vehicle as a pre-certified vehicle. so for your guy to tell me and my misses that he is going to take the car to get appraised, and when he comes back, the highlight of that appraisal is that the vehicle has been in an accident, when in fact the vehicle has never been in any accident,It is very deceitful by my standards, and im pretty sure that many consumers like myself will see it that way too.I also want to correct you, there was never any confusion about the amount i wanted for my vehicle, because i never asked for any amount, period. i called you crooks because only crooks make up lies about someones car, to enable you to depreciate the value of said car.why else would your agent make up such a story, he specifically said the carfax stated the vehicle was involved in an accident, why? what was his motivation to lie in the first place. whaT YOU SHOULD BE PAYING ATTENTION TO. First let me start by saying this, If you want to be ripped off,taken advantage of, low balled, lied to, and get taken for everything that your worth then this is the dealership for you. I would NEVER r ripped off,taken advantage of, low balled, lied to, and get taken for everything that your worth then this is the dealership for you. I would NEVER refer this dealership to anyone in my life. Not only are they NOT willing to work with you, but they lie to you just to make a sale which seems pretty desperate to me (i guess thats why they aren't in the top 10 Nissan dealerships for NY or NJ). Not only did the two associates I had the unpleasure of dealing with have an attitude like i've never seen before but absolutely lied. For example: they told me one thing the day i was in the dealership and then a few days later said they never said that and denied denied denied when they got caught in a lie. This dealership can give two craps about its customers but rather treat people like garbage and gossip about you while you walk around the showroom. I leased a vehicle from them and purchased the extended warranty which covers the extra stuff the regular warranty doesnt cover and when i had an issue with the vehicle they told me it wasnt covered under any warranty the regular or extended and had to come out of pocket to fix it (whats the point of a warranty then?). Anytime they would get caught in a lie they would either deny or quickly change the subject or all of a sudden have a phone call and had to step away (terrible customer service if you ask me). DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY ABOUT THEIR WARRANTIES OR FINANCING OR LEASING UNLESS ITS IN WRITING. Their prices were much higher then other dealerships in the area that I went to and were unwilling to match or beat their prices. The car I leased from them will be my first and ONLY car I ever get from them. I HIGHLY suggest going to a different dealership if you're looking to purchase or lease a Nissan. More

I feel like I have had an issue every time I brought my car into service. I have had stuff stolen out of my car but the most recent issue I have had was the worst of them all. The entire experience took ju car into service. I have had stuff stolen out of my car but the most recent issue I have had was the worst of them all. The entire experience took just about 5 hours. I brought my car in at 7am, thinking my car would be done at a decent time. I had an issue with my front power socket. 2 hours later I was told my car was done. I checked and they did nothing. They claimed they worked on the wrong power socket for those 2 hours. So they brought the car back in to have the right socket fixed. They then tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with the socket and it was my phone charger that was broken. After showing the mechanic, service advisor, and service manager that not just my phone charger but my GPS charger and USB plug did not work either. I then showed them that they all worked in the rear socket. So 4 hours later they finally decided to change the socket for me. 4 1/2 hours later my car was finally ready. When I got in the car I realized the mechanic installed the shifter backwards. They had to bring back the car and after 5 hours my car was finally ready. They charged me $60 for this. My car is still under warranty and the service advisor claimed I had a $50 deductible. Which is not true and I proved it by explaining that I have never paid a deductible all the times I've brought the car in. He went back in the computer and could not find a time where I paid a deductible. Still he claimed I had to pay. They were not helpful and showed not a care in the world. I would recommend to stay away from this place. More
