Great Experience at NoQ, Sales Associate Dorian is top notch and super helpful. My first ever brand new car and I can’t complain about anything. Alex is also great and helped me out! Service center is horrible. I brought my truck in for a simple gas tank door spring fix since the door wouldn’t stay closed. They charged close to $200. I realized as I drove I brought my truck in for a simple gas tank door spring fix since the door wouldn’t stay closed. They charged close to $200. I realized as I drove off that the door still didn’t shut and they put a chip in the paint exterior of my truck. I had to go back and talk to a manager. The spring was then adjusted correctly and they gave me touch up paint. I’m sorry but that’s not good enough. I shouldn’t have been charged at all for the aggravation. Do yourself a favor and stick with a mechanic outside of the dealership. More
