First lease experience!! My first lease experience was with Nissan of Queens. This was an expensive lesson that cost me $14000. Yes, $14,000 dollars. How did this happen, you My first lease experience was with Nissan of Queens. This was an expensive lesson that cost me $14000. Yes, $14,000 dollars. How did this happen, you ask? The short story is that I traded in a car that they gave me $18,000 for. I trusted the sales person Zully to do the right thing, as I thought that they always deal with leases and this should be no different. I leased a 2015 Rogue, SL AWD. I found out later that the MSRP on this vehicle was $33,150. Mistake # 2, I told them to use the 18K against the cost of the lease. ( I found out later that nobody puts down that kind of money up front on a lease ) They happily took my money. I had a monthly payment, ( yes, I still had a monthly payment,) of $339.34. The paper work that they sent to Nissan Finance said that I only put $3706.84 down. The paperwork that they gave me said that I put down $17,706.84. This is a $14000. discrepancy. Going to Nissan of Queens was not a mistake. My mistake was trusting the salesperson who didn’t really help me in getting a good deal. The manager saw the paperwork (copy of the lease agreement) that Nissan Finance sent me , and a copy of the paperwork (copy of the lease agreement) that they gave me. It seems like everyone involved acts like their paperwork never existed. If you read this and still use this dealership, beware of the sales staff and be careful. Richard Y. My second experience with Queens Nissan was almost as bad. I was looking at a 2107.5 Rogue SL AWD, as the 2015 lease was going to be up in 4 months. Their best price on a lease was $390 a month. I was up front with them saying that I got burned once and that to see if this was a good price that I was going to another dealership. They were not very happy with this and asked that I call them if I found a better deal. I did find a better deal, $380 a month and lifetime (of the lease) free oil changes and tire rotations. Queens Nissan said that they would match it. (They did not say that they would do better, just match it) “All things being equal, the only difference is customer service” Queens Nissan failed in that area as well. (Free car washes that never happened after 6 months, an $800 estimate for cleaning the throttle body, you can put an additive in the gas tank for that for less than $10.00, etc.) Before I posted this review, I went back to Nissan of Queens just to confirm the MSRP. I was told $33150. I said that the lease cost me almost $30,000, for a car i could have bought for $33150. They said “ that is what I agreed to”. So in the end , DO NOT EXPECT THE DEALERSHIP WILL HELP YOU MAKE A GOOD DEAL, AS LONG AS THEY MAKE A GOOD DEAL FOR THEMSELVES If you need a car, go to ROCKAWAY NISSAN. (or any other dealer) More

Quick and easy! I came here after going to Kia plaza and major world(BTW.. stay away from these places). After taking me to see several SUV's, I finally picked my vehicle of choice. The paper work was a breeze and the financing with Joe Randazzo was TOP notch and exceeded all my expectations. He gave me options and was willing to do his best to get me the deal that I was comfortable with. I can't wait to come back for an upgrade or maybe a new vehicle it's very soon! Frustrated, scammed and extremely disappointed Today, Wednesaday, 23rd of August, 2017., felt like I was robbed to the bone from these scammers. Scheduled an appointment to get my Tire pressure mon Today, Wednesaday, 23rd of August, 2017., felt like I was robbed to the bone from these scammers. Scheduled an appointment to get my Tire pressure monitor system warning light, and car noise. In fact, the tire warning light has been on for a while and keeps on staying on.. Requested them to take care of it along with the noise. Later , afternoon, Harry the advisor who was in charge of my issue called and gave me the price and said my car would be done and could pick up at 2pm. At 4.40 pm I was there to get my car, I was first charged. $333.00 before I was able to get my car. When I was finally brought the car and got into it. At my surprise the tire warning light was still on. Brought this to Harry's attention who started telling craps and trying to trick me by his unfounded arguments, flaming that they replaced the rear tire sensor who's been detected by the machine (scanner), and added that one or the rest of the other tires might broke out short after they fixed the one that was detected. Holy crap, how could have not a late technology missed that, and how the heck this could happen just on the pick up time. They went on saying the only thing that that could do if I wanted is to put another sensor and that I have to pay for it without charging me labor. That's ridiculous, they thought I was stupid enough to accept that trick. I swear, that was the worst experience I've had on my service during my whole lif. I would ever recommend this scammer of Nissan of Queens at 8524 rockaway Blvd to even my enemy. Please, stay away from these thrives if you don't want to get robbed like I was. I live in Philly and was driving a 2011 Niss Hi, I am writing to reach out and Thank, Nissan Rogue of Queens, especially Sergio in the Service Center. I live in Philly and was driving a 2011 Nissan Rogue to JFK airport to pick my family, few weeks ago. Unfortunately I had a situation with my car when the shift stick was locked and I was stuck unable to move my car. I spent over an hour talking to my insurance road side assistance and dealing with cops at the airport with no help but only getting worst and adding to my anxiety. At 7PM, my insurance agent told me that my car had to be towed to Nissan Rogue dealer, nearest being in Queens, while its service center was just about to be closed. I just so happen to call Nissan Rogue of Queens while waiting for tow truck to arrive, and was put in touch with Mr. Sergio in the Service Center. Mr. Sergio was extremely patient and nice to relieve my anxiety. He told me that the service center was about to close and I would have to bring the car next day, but he assured me that he could help over the phone. He knew exactly what was wrong with my car and guided me step by step what I had to do. In less than 5 minutes I had my car up and running. He not only saved me money but more than that the time I would have needed to spend on this, 200 miles away from my home, let along the anxiety and mental stress I had to undergo. I cannot thank enough for his kindness and his willingness to help a stranger, when he could have just asked me to bring my car next day. I truly appreciate his gesture and I am hoping this message will reach to his supervisor desk. We need more people like him and once again I thank Mr. Sergio and Nissan Rogue of Queens for taking care of their customers. More
Waste of Time Always 2 hrs for an oil change all the time. Horrible customer service. You make an appointment for 7am and don't leave until 9am just for an oil change. If you have to come here plan to take the day off from work. All advisors seem like your bothering them when you have a question. Only time they are happy is when they have to collect money. I love Nissan of Queens dealership but their service department sucks. Can't wait for my lease to be over to never have to come back here again. More
