The worst I have ever seen. Get ready for the pre-installed not installed LoJack in your car which is one of the things that they try upping the price on you. We have a Cadillac Lyriq EV which replaced my wife's Lincoln Corsair. I sold my BMW X3 and was looking to replace it with a similar length EV to the X3 or Corsair because the Lyriq, at 197", is a much l Lincoln Corsair. I sold my BMW X3 and was looking to replace it with a similar length EV to the X3 or Corsair because the Lyriq, at 197", is a much longer vehicle. After doing much research I narrowed down the results to a Nissan Ariya which has great reviews. I first phoned the Nissan dealer near me from where we had leased several Maximas years ago. They were not helpful at all. I then called Nissan of Queens and spoke with Dorian Oliveras who took the time to understand what I needed and found an exact match in their inventory. Within minutes after we arrived they had the car in front for us to see. It was a perfect match. We agreed on a price and in just a couple of hours Dorian got the insurance forms from State Farm, got all the lease paperwork completed, had the car fully prepped, and gave us a tutorial on all the bells and whistles. Having dealt with dozens of dealers and sales consultants over many many years I have to say that this was the best, and least stressful, experience ever. I have to compliment Dorian and Nissan Of Queens on their professionalism. I can see why they have earned the Nissan Award of Excellence. More
