Please call us at 718.835.5204 and we can set up service to review your vehicle, we are willing to help you however you came here when service was closed and were not able to wait. After reviewing your concerns and issues you had in Nissans service records it looks like you might need a new transmission and it is covered under warranty. The Nissan dealership you had went to reprogramed the transmission and that is what you have to do first in order to see if it is really the transmission.
