Go to another Nissan dealer if you can. The people working there are the worst. I've been going there for 20 plus years and it has gotten worse. With my most current lease I was not satisfied and I was told not to complete the satisfaction survey at home but to come in and complete it. When I arrived to Nissan to complete the survey it was difficult to open up the survey on my phone due to the WiFi. One of the sales employees who was told by the sales manager to meet me took my phone and completed the survey without me knowing. Are these people you want to trust? More

ugh, I am disgusted, this dealership financed a car for my daughter and added me as a co-signer without me ever stepping foot into the dealership. She took my info without me knowing and financed the car a my daughter and added me as a co-signer without me ever stepping foot into the dealership. She took my info without me knowing and financed the car and now I am stuck with debt under my name that I never co-signed on and she is late on payments and they won't help me. they claim I must have gone in with her and signed because they needed my ID as proof of purchase, yet I was never there. So to make a sale they financed a car to her name and me as a co-borrower, making me responsible for this 15 thousand dollar debt. and I am a bad parent because I am claiming this faulty transaction on the dealership's behalf. According to Capital One Bank, I should begin a lawsuit against them for accepting documents with confirming my approval as a co-signer. I get that my daughter should not have done this but at the same time, the dealership should not have signed off without me showing up with proper ID. ANYONE CAN SIGN OFF ON A DOCUMENT, BUT A PROPER ID and match an actual person present to match that ID should be a no-brainer. I don't know exactly who the seller was, but shame on you for doing business this way. More
HUGE MISTAKE purchasing my 2023 Rogue from them. No one gave them permission to put Nissan of Queens lettering on the back of my vehicle which cannot be removed unless I go to a professional. I dont need to advertise for them. My brother noticed when I brought my car home that the trunk liftgate is not aligned properly, so I need to make a trip to a service center. A man comes out of the dealership with a razor blade, A RAZOR BLADE to remove the lettering and tells me they won't be responsible if they scratch my paint. THE AUDACITY!!! The Manager there this past Saturday wouldn't give me 2 minutes to explain my situation or why I was unhappy, he kept rushing me, cutting me off and attempted to walk away. I agree with the many bad reviews about this dealership. Liars and very unprofessional. More

It's not a fear for me; the fact that I mentioned my children's lives and a disabled child client I am caring for shows how heartless you people are. I work fewer hours because of the faulty car you forced me to give me; you refused to let me choose the car; you test drove the car yourself without letting me test drive it; but I trusted you, Sherman, and your manager, who was yelling at me and told me he doesn’t care if I lost my life while driving that car; you guys are putting my life in danger after I gave you guys my two cars just for you to give me a faulty car. You left me all alone to go through my car trouble as if it were my fault. It’s not my fault because I didn’t ask for a faulty car. This is the most shocking treatment I’ve ever received in my life. I’m financing a faulty car with engine issues. I pleaded and cried to the manager to give me a loaner, but he refused, and they refused to fix the problem. Now it’s been two weeks since that car was down; it’s been in the service department for the same engine issue, and I’ve been doing rentals without your assistance. You've refused to help me or service my car since the beginning, and I've spent all this money and energy trying to solve this car issue. They laugh at me; they ridicule me. They rejected my calls and slammed the phone off on me; they treated me like xxxx and told me bye, we don’t want to talk to you. How could you let me go down to New York? I spoke to Sherman, and he told me to come over to New York, not knowing that they were planning to give me the worst treatment of my life. I ask the manager if he can at least give me a loaner to go home so I can leave the car with them. He then refuses, telling me there’s nothing they can do to help me. I’m paying rental every day, Capital One $822, and insurance, and my car is in the service department. I'm not able to work because of this car problem. I am a single mom and have other bills; how can I survive with this type of evil, heartless, and mean mischievous acts towards me? Why do you people seem so heartless? I had the worst treatment of my life. I was crying and pleaded with him that I was scared and that they were putting me, my children, and the disabled child I cared for in danger. He said that it was not his fault if I got into an accident or lost my life or family, and he let me drive back to Pennsylvania without any help. They left me on my own and turned their backs away from me. They shut the phones off on me, refused to talk to me, and told me there was nothing they could do to help me. My worst experience buying a car with Nissan Queens was with Sherman and his manager, who are the worst salesmen I have ever come across; they are not loyal and not professionally trained to do this type of business. I'm very unhappy with the faulty car they gave me. They refused to fix my car or exchange it. I drove two hours from Pennsylvania, hoping they would have a little bit of empathy, but they failed to provide a better solution for me. The receptionists were very rude, dropping calls while I was on the phone with them. The treatments I received from them were very harsh and brutal when I got there with my car issues. Please, guys, this is the worst dealership. I’m appealing to you not to go to this dealership, and I will not refer anyone I know who's looking to purchase a Nissan Queen. It’s a ripoff. They ripped me off. They Took my two cars from me so they could give me a faulty, malfunctioning car, and they willfully just wanted to hurt me so I could get stuck with the rutted car they gave me.
