Buyer Beware.....and do your homework before buying!!! (First, I want to say that I am undecided about whether or not I would recommend this dealer. I clicked "yes"....but I qualify that with "do your homework. DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD FOR ANYTHING!!!" They may have a pretty good selection there, but some of their cars are extremely overpriced for what they are. Again....do your homework.) Beware that you may be bamboozled into buying a car you may later regret. We went in looking for a reliable used car that could handle the winter weather around here. We explained that this is really important because I have physical disabilities and really need a car that can reliably get me to doctor and physical therapy appointments through the winter. We also wanted fuel economy. We had a few models in mind when we walked in. We took a Prius on a test drive and liked it a lot. There was also a Rav-4 we wanted to try. Somehow the guy managed to talk us out of test driving it (maybe because he could make more money on the sale of the Prius). We were told it was a Prius V with all the bells and whistles. We should have spent more time asking him to show us all of them. As it turns out Toyota didn't even make the Prius V in the year we bought, and it DOES NOT have all the "bells and whistles"....in fact it has very few. (It doesn't even self-lock when we walk away, and there are a bunch of other things a "V" offers that this care does not.) We arranged to have it come with the snow tires with a promise of all weathers in the spring (as part of the deal we cut). The snow tires are really poor quality. In fact, we couldn't take this car out on the road for MOST OF THE WINTER because it just does not handle snowy, icey roads very well. I really wish we had taken the time to check out the Rav-4 anyway. Oh, yea......also, buying a car here is like an extended time in cologne/Axe deodorant laden xxxx. It took over 3 HOURS!!!....to get the paper work done (with LOTS of waiting in between...while we sat in the hot sun coming through the window), being shuffled from one person to the next.....meanwhile there are about 10 people (mostly - overly cologned - men) standing around with their hands in their pockets....one with dress shoes and a tie on and no socks (very strange looking). The overall environment was kind of creepy in that regard. I am really kicking myself for allowing the sales person to push us toward the Prius....or - more accurately - away from the Rav-4. We are now stuck with a car we can't take out on the road for months during the winter. I am so mad at myself for that. If I felt I could afford to take it back and trade it in I would. I feel we were manipulated and mislead...and apparently we allowed ourselves to be. We did not drive out of there with the car that we were looking for or that we were told we were getting. More

I had the car I didn't know I wanted in 2 days! I went in looking for a particular car to find it had been sold the previous day.
