Stay Away! I recently traded in my 2010 Nissan Sentra SL (FYI: they paid me $5,200 for the Sentra SL) upgrading to a 2013 Nissan Cube. I looked up reviews onlin I recently traded in my 2010 Nissan Sentra SL (FYI: they paid me $5,200 for the Sentra SL) upgrading to a 2013 Nissan Cube. I looked up reviews online dealer reviews and it was highly rated. After spending hours on the phone (being transferred back and forth, I guess I was a "troubled customer"), I was satisfied with the numbers and setup a time to test drive the car. I wanted to reasonably negotiate on the value of my trade and the sales price of the new car. The sales staff will try to get you to the right monthly payment each, even if that means a long loan term and interest rate. I wanted to know the principle amount of the deal- which is what really matters in the end. (Paying less each month will usually increase the length and principle amount of the loan). That being said, please educate yourself and look at the big picture. During the process of purchasing a vehicle from Haddad Nissan, they pressured me into purchasing an expensive and unneeded extended warranty (that's how dealership make their money). The only reason I went ahead with the deal is because the car was priced decently, high quality, and low miles/newer. I would not recommend trading-in a car to this dealership, you are better off selling your car privately to somebody else. I was very disappointed with my experience at Haddad, especially since many of the staff talk behind your back and try to take advantage of you. The high pressure environment and shady "car salesman tactics" are unprofessional and not worth your time. Please go elsewhere. PROS: -Great vehicle quality -Decent Pricing CONS: -High Pressure Environment -Unprofessional Staff -Customer is not focus, money is -Trade-In Values are terrible (worse than other dealers) ADVICE TO DEALER: -Stop taking advantage of customers -Be open to reasonable negotiation -Be more professional -Don't pressure customers into buying expensive & unnecessary extended warranties ADVICE TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: -Please do not go to Haddad Nissan, save your time and energy and go elsewhere. This was probably one of the most difficult and stressful process I've been through-just for a car. More

The entire process was so smooth that I was able to complete all my paper work in my first visit itself including finance. I was all set to pick up my vehicle within next couple of days. Service Review I had to bring my car back in due to a louder than normal noise it was making. I explained to Tim Gajewski what was happening and he got me in right I had to bring my car back in due to a louder than normal noise it was making. I explained to Tim Gajewski what was happening and he got me in right away. I explained I was taking a trip out of town Tuesday and was concerned driving it as I didn't want to make the problem worse or break down. Aaron Tarjick called me Monday and explained in great detail (service repairs for dummy's language) that it was not a transimission issue but a wheel-bearing problem. Both Aaron and Tim worked with me, gave me a loaner for my trip and my car was repaired. Once again, I received above average service and treatment from both Tim Gajewski and Aaron Tarjick. This is the third time I have received excellent treatment from these two employee"s and I certainly hope my reviews are warranting some form of commendation/compensation for going above and beyond to represent Haddad Nissan Service Department. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL AND LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS. THEY ALSO TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT MY CAR NEEDED AND WHY. WHEN IT DEVELOPED INTO AN ISSUE WHERE IT NEEDED TO REMAIN THERE ANOTHER DAY, TIM PROVIDED ME WITH A LOANER VEHICLE. I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT UPON ARRIVAL TO DROP OFF OR PICK UP MY CAR. I WAS GREETED VERY WARMLY EACH TIME I WENT THERE AND TREATED LIKE SOMEONE WHO MATTERED. I HAVE DEALT WITH JERRY ROME IN SPRINGFIELD AND NEVER RECEIVED THIS TREATMENT, EVEN AFTER I PURCHASED THE CAR.
