When I talked to the financial gentleman he told me a monthly payment I wanted and I was signing papers at the end I was told a payment that was around $75 more than promised. And after getting my 2015 Nissan I realized it was very nice but cheaply made. I did learn that the next time I shop for a car someone will come with me and I won't go alone. But overall the people there were friendly. More

Used truck purchase I give this dealership 4 stars. Only reason it isn't a 5 is because in the beginning of talking numbers on there truck and my trade they really didn't I give this dealership 4 stars. Only reason it isn't a 5 is because in the beginning of talking numbers on there truck and my trade they really didn't want to come to a compromise. The number on my trade was less than 2 other places and there trucks number was good but they could've moved. So me and my family walked away without coming to an agreement. The next week they called and said we can do what you wanted. If that was the case why not do it when I was their? So I said let's do it, but before I could get up there again to do paperwork there sister dealership came up and sold that truck. When they called to tell me that I was pretty upset. About a half hour later bill my salesman called to say, we just took another truck in on trade a year newer with more options and if you want it because of all the aggravation we can keep the same deal as the other truck. So I agreed and went up the next day and bought it. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and other than the beginning it was a very good car buying experience. More

Extremely happy experience I came here to potentially trade in my car and everyone was so welcoming and nice. Service center needs work Bought a 2012 jeep grand cherokee on April 30th 2016. Immediately the breaks began to squeek and when it rained the passengers side floorboard filled up with water. Brought it back less than a month later and was told the warranty I bought didn't cover anything. They didn't try to work with me nor take into account that I had not even had the car for a month. I had to go back again on June 28th because my blinkers stopped working, the windshield wipers won't shut off, the check engine light is on as well as numerous other electrical failures. The service department told me it would cost $200 for a deductible and they could not even fix it unail 2 days later. They didn't seem to care that I have a job and family to support and driving around the city without blinkers is not only dangerous but illegal. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like they're willing to work with me so I'm having to go other routes to fix my vehicle. More
