We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with our team. We understand you were not completely satisfied with your recent experiences working with us. During the initial service visit for breaks, our technicians were unable to replicate the breaks being noisy, therefore we could not recommend a solution, and the clogged drains that were causing the leak are unfortunately not covered by Allstate. At the time of the concerns with the check engine light and the blinkers and wipers, we were unable to book an appointment due to being full in our service drive, and therefore recommended bringing the Jeep to a Jeep dealership where it could be thoroughly diagnosed by a certified Jeep dealership. Our team would like to have the chance to speak with you further to best accommodate your needs. Justin, our General Sales Manager, and Corey, our Service Manager, will be reaching out to you today to discuss your concerns in greater detail.
