2012 Nissan Altima thumbs up I felt the need to write a review of this amazing dealership, specifically because I have been badly duped by a different dealership in the past. A kind young salesman named Christian dropped everything he was doing to help me out in a bind. I was in dire need of a new (used) vehicle after mine had broken down beyond affordable repair, and on short notice with limited funds. Christian took the time to go over every nook and cranny of my Nissan Altima that I am more than satisfied with purchasing. It's been over a month now with no issues, I love my new to me car!!! He really took the time to lay everything out on the table for me and especially considering my skepticism, he did not treat me as if I was a person who was just going to walk out without making a sale. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a thorough overview of what they are getting themselves into and if they want attentive, well trained sales people on their side. More

Great Expericence It was our first time using Haddad as a car purchase. It went very well. Willing to work with us I feel like these gentleman were willing to work with us to get a payment that we could afford. Sales person Marc Bailey highly recommend " So those were my first thoughts however after later inspect I realized some abnormalities: at first they quoted me a high monthly payment refusing to budge on price I explain that monthly payment wasn't of concern the overall money spent was of concern so he went back to the sales manager and come back with a more reasonable monthly and what seemed to be $2000 less but it wasn't in either case they just quoted me with $2k money down try to say over all money spent was $2k less because with my money down it brought the financed price down but still financed plus money down equals spending the same over all so they did nothing and didn't budge not .50 cents on price. Then they pull the whole well let's apply for financing if you get approved well go from there. So I agreed. While waiting on the bank we discussed warranty option because the vehicle was due to run out on factory because its 3 years old. 15 mins later we walks over... I got good news! Congrats you got approved and I begged my manager were going to throw in a warrenty and we got you where you want to be price wise and monthly went down $75 .. okay great where do I sign. Got the perfect vehicle exactly what I was looking for at a great deal all set on warrenties .. win! Not so much. So I sign and drive it home. Well later that night I'm going through my contracts with the bank only to discover that not only did i pay window sticker but I paid for the warrentee they "threw in" along with three other service contracts we never discussed and i never asked for such as vin ettching tire protection and rim protection. What they did was quoted me a monthly with an astronomical interest rate so when the bank came back with a good one and the. Monthly dropped dramatically it looked likely they did me some favors to lower the price and in fact it the rate I got was so much lower than what they quoted me at that they charged me $3300 for those services contracts and the monthly was still $75 less than the monthly quote they originally gave me so they mislead me with a high quote to make it look like they helped me when the bank came back with the real number and left themselves enough room to charge me $3300 for service contracts they said they threw in and still make it look like I was paying $75 a month less from the original deal I declined. So if you want to be mislead lied to and pay window price and for contracts you don't want I strongly recommend this dealer. My loan ended up at $30,000 on a vehicle prices at $25,900 with absolutely zero money rolled over on a trade. My trade was paid off. My fault for not looking closer they made me feel like they were trust worthily and like I was getting a good deal. Don't make the same mistakes. MInd you they tried pressuring me into doing this review in front of them as well. I provided 100% facts ill let you make a conclusion. More

Marc was super pleasant to talk to, unlike my recent experience at the Ford dealership, and he was well versed on the vehicle, so I decided to give them a chance. Marc Bailey greeted me at the door and I explained my needs in a vehicle to him and he insured that he had the perfect one for me I needed 4 door with an 8 foot bed needless to say he had a 4 door 8foot bed right in my price range Marc was a great help with not only the process and finding the truck quickly but also appreciating a good laugh through the wait thanks again guys More
