I went into the dealership hoping to drive away with a car. I worked with Doug and Jeff and they were great! They recommend a Ford car which I normally dislike but I've fallen in love with the car! I was able to take a test drive to where ever I desired and really feel the car out which was great to me because more dealers have a set 'track' that you can go on. They were friendly the entire time and I was there for quite awhile. They got everything sorted out for me and I like that the guys walked me through everything in the car and made it so user friendly. They also showed me the car fax and also all the work that they put into it. I was very impressed with how straight forward and honest they were. I also got a great steal on my car now so I would definitely recommend going there to everyone. The day after I heard from Doug asking how it drove and when I ran into an issue he said no problem we'll get it fixed. When I went back in Jeff helped set up an appointment for the next day and I went. This is the only warning I have to people is the parts center. I spent 5 hours there for a basic brake and inspection trip. The parts center was suppose to fix my brakes in the back and ended up having to fix something else that got damaged during the repair. It too forever! However Jeff kept in touch and kept apologizing though it wasn't his fault but it was still nice to know the dealer was concerned with my happiness even after the purchase. Everything was fixed and replaced for free because of warranty and I am a proud owner of a Ford 500 and I get excited I start the engine and am glad Haddad could help me out when no other dealers would. I am someone who has purchased a lot of cars in his lifetime. I guess you could call me old since I have been buying cars for forty years. My professional career as a car driver has given me the typical truckie image. When you see me I do not blow you away with my clean and dapper looks. However, you should never judge a book by its cover because you never know how that person can be. Well, Haddad's Pre-owned did that to me. They rolled their eyes at me, argued over who would talk to me, and laughed behind my back. What a shame as I had cash in my pocket and was willing to buy that day. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The Sante Fe was never the car of our dreams but they guys at Haddad Hyundai got us more car than we ever thought we would be able to look at. Recently one of our family friends was in the market for a new car and found an amazing deal from our home-town bank so we figured we would look around. We found a Scion xB that we absolutely fell in love with but still being a young couple with credit that's still on the mend the guys at the Haddad Hyundai lot couldn't do anything for us but they referred us to the Haddad Pre-Owned site with hope that they might be able to help us. We knew going into this process that it was a long shot but we figured we would see what numbers we could get. From the moment we walked in both Mike Rose and Steve Cohen were amazing. They were honest that it wasn't going to be the easiest road but that they had the utmost interest in helping us. They kept us very well informed throughout the entire process and attended to our every need. They were more than happy to answer any questions that we had with complete honesty and a respectable amount of reservation. Steve us walked through every step of his process without ever giving us any false hope. He was very reserved throughout the entire process, never revealing what numbers he was getting while negotiating and always stating that it looked good but that nothing was nailed down so we never got overly excited or downhearted. The 2 gentlemen worked all day to get something going for us and even went as far as to stay far later than there 9-5 hours required to make sure that we could drive away with our dream car as fast as possible. They have been a dream to work with and my husband and I will not be taking our business anywhere else. We have found a great company and a wonderful pair of employees that always work their very hardest to constantly strive for the best. We would never have been able to walk away from this experience overjoyed without Mike and Steve and I would highly recommend these two men to anyone. They truly care about each and every customer that walks in the door and will strive to get the absolute best deal for their customer even if it means going above and beyond. They worked hard and stayed late to make our dream became a reality and for that we are eternally grateful. More

I went to haddad on friday to get a new car, but was not expecting to walk away from there with one. I was expecting to hear 'Sorry we can't help you.' And everyone at the dealership was super friendly to my family and all of them had a blast with my yr 1/2 old son running around. I have told so many people about how good they are and how they should go to them. I miss my 99 Durango; But I LOVE my 05 Trail blazier!! :-D!! More
