Things looked bleak and I felt like a dwarf in a sack about to be stomped by a hungry troll. I needed newer, I needed moderate miles, I needed reliability (dang it I needed a break)! Instead of just shoving the first car that "kind of" fit the parameters and payments we were looking for Mike did a pre approval process and worked with the business manager to find a vehicle that fit our (honestly) overly fussy needs!. We ended up with a car that was much newer than I thought we could ever afford and only had to stretch our budget a smidgen. It was like being crowned king under the mountain. More

That feeling.... I bought the first car of my life today. A lot of people my age have already reached this milestone.... unlike me. The gentlemen that allowed that to be capable and had allowed me to leave the lot's name with my Honda Accord was Mike Rose. I use the term capable and allowed for the reason that this car was not picked for me, there was no sense of pressure at any point, and it certainly WASN'T SOLD TO ME. Everything about this experience could be summed up in one word and that is "COMFORTABLE". I felt comfortable there with Mike just as comfortable as I was hoping for my new car to be and for once everything went that way. I cannot lie and tell you I had any intention of wrapping the whole deal up today either but that super green guy with a cape is a good fit for a mascot for Mike, Steve, and the rest of the staff. They hustle to get things done for YOU there, not themselves. I can appreciate this, because let's be realistic, i'm sorry but car dealers are talked about loosely in the category of jobs like working for the I.R.S. If I knew this was all going to happen today I could have put a wager down that no one would be as happy as me today but Mike Rose came close and there is no way of faking that, you could tell he was really that genuinely happy for me. So thanks Mike, Steve and the rest of the staff there......Just like a new vehicle it ALWAYS feels good to be comfortable More

We originally thought that their store s From the moment we stepped in the door Joey Stacener greeted us with a friendly hello and how can I help you. We originally thought that their store stayed open till 8 like the Lenox store, but they close at 7. We got there at 7:05, Joey stayed after hours to make sure we got the best customer service possible. We told him what we were looking for, he went and got it and allowed us to test drive it and we were sold! Joey exhibited professionalism, knowledge and a willingness to please. He guided us along the entire way and we were very satisfied! We also met with Doug Hakkinen, a sales manager and he was also great! What an awesome guy with a terrific sense of humor. He explained everything thoroughly and we were again, very satisfied!!! We reccommend Haddad PreOwned to all, no pressure, easy going atmosphere and obviously full of some very nice people! More

He was very easy to talk to and didn't hurry or push me to make my decision on the car before I wanted to. He got my insurance and registration all set really quick. Awesome I went into the Haddad Pre-Owned lot with $2,000, no credit, and no idea what i wanted for a car. Within 3 days we signed paperwork for my 08 audi so I went into the Haddad Pre-Owned lot with $2,000, no credit, and no idea what i wanted for a car. Within 3 days we signed paperwork for my 08 audi so noone else could take it, and on the 5th day i drove off the lot with it. Quick and easy, jeff took care of all the paperwork which is why i recommended him to a friend who purchased an 09 mercedes from him.Doesnt get any easier than that More
