A very pleasant car shopping experience What a wonderful shopping experience we had on Saturday. We weren't necessarily intending to buy a car on Saturday but Mike, our sales person, was ex What a wonderful shopping experience we had on Saturday. We weren't necessarily intending to buy a car on Saturday but Mike, our sales person, was extremely polite and most importantly, patient! I was pretty much set on a car but my fiance needed more convincing. Mike patiently answered any questions my fiance had and waited graciously until my fiance and I were both comfortable with the deal we were about to make. I think the fact that Mike was't hasty or pushy in any way made our buying decision a little easier. Mike was a good listener and seemed genuinely concerned about what each of our needs was. He worked hard all afternoon for us to make sure we were completely satisfied with every aspect of the deal. We are two people with not so great credit. Instantly I found afew cars that caught my eye. I was shocked at the quality and the "newer" vehicles on the lot. After meeting Mike Rose, I enjoyed his fun personality and his upbeat attitude about my upcoming car buying experience! Yes, I bought a car and a very nice one at that! Steve Cohen helped me with my credit to be sure that I bought the car that fit me instead of just settling.
