Fun Times I was looking for a vehicle and had been to numerous locations prior to stopping at Haddad. Understand that I was by myself with two of my four girls I was looking for a vehicle and had been to numerous locations prior to stopping at Haddad. Understand that I was by myself with two of my four girls in tow. Prior to going to Haddad Pre-Owned my previous experiences with used car dealerships was not very pleasant, they saw a woman coming with children and figured there would be no sale. We were pretty impressed with the selection of vehicles along with the service we received. Zach was the salesman that came out to see what I was interested in purchasing, I forewarned him that I could be a pain in the xxx due to treatment I received at other locations. Zach was amazing, he is a young man full of energy, answered all my questions and concerns and went above and beyond what he needed to. (I did mention I was going to be a pain in the xxx). Zach handled himself extremely well considering he was up against myself and two daughters. I would definitely recommend seeing Zach when wanting to purchase your next vehicle and would highly recommend him to anyone I come across that is looking for a pre-owned vehicle. We also experienced excellent service from both Doug and Steve. I spoke to Doug in depth in regards to what I was looking for and exactly what I was willing to pay. He took a significant amount of time to make sure both he and I understood what I wanted and what he had to offer. Steve also was extremely helpful in regards to making the excessive amount of paperwork transactions not so tedious. Again, he understood what I wanted and needed. All three of the gentlemen I dealt with not only made the process an easy and enjoyable one but included my two daughters in the process. I would highly recommend all three of them to anyone interested in buying a pre-owned vehicle. I do have to make a quick note that there where other salesman working the day we purchased the vehicle and again when we had to stop by to finish up random documentation. Joey was also and extremely friendly and helpful when needed and poor Norm had to endure a ride in a vehicle that smelt worse than a garbage dump. Overall our experience was amazingly pleasant, the guys are fun to be around and make things that can be tedious much more enjoyable. We will definitely be purchasing from them again. More

When He greeted mw he did not used the standard " What brings you in here today?" but rather "Hey its hot outside, would you guys like something cold to drink?". Here I am a female walking into a sales floor of a car shop with my sixteen year old daughter. How tensed and incredibly uncomfortable I felt. But this sales person don't care why I am there, he cares if I want something cold to drink. I started to feel relaxed then Mike said "Did you check out web site?" He offered me a seat and turned his computer screen around to face me and he pulled up the web page.. Then Mike asked my name and my daughters when he did that I was impressed, he didn't only care about me and focused his attention on me but he wanted my daughter to give some input. he gave us his name and asked about our lives and asked what type of car I liked. Then he asked what I could afford.( we all know we like something we cant afford) I felt like I was just talking to a friend. I felt comfortable and I was able to explain my financial situation and Mike said "we can work with that and here are cars within your budget." I was shocked!!! A Toyota was something I could afford. Mike calmly walked with me throughout the process and within a few hours I walked out with a new used car. More
