They are all liars here!!!! Went to check out a used truck for my son; we seen the hitch was slanted so my husband looked underneath it and discovered it was wrecked because they still had the paint tak truck for my son; we seen the hitch was slanted so my husband looked underneath it and discovered it was wrecked because they still had the paint take but the carfax recorded NO ACCIDENTS!!!! The service department took it in the back and verified it did have a bent frame. Asked if the price would come down and they said no they were going to sell it with no discounts. After that, my son went over there to speak with the manager, only to be told someone put a down payment on it so it was a pending sale. My son asked them if they told the customer about the bent frame they said yes. BIG LIE!! So I went online through the virtual chat and requested information on the same vehicle and asked if there was any know problems with it and they told me no it is in great shape, low miles, CARFAX was clear, yada yada yada. So I asked what was their bottom line - never received a response. Texted them again, hours later they responded with "my manager just notified me we have a pending sale". Mind you, the truck has been sitting on this lot since November of last year. Now they have all kind of fish biting on this one truck. I filed a report with the FTC and will never ever do business with this dealership!!!! More
Had taken out loan and insurance on car. Called dealership and told me they just sold car. Told me purchase agreement was not a binding contract and offered to sell a car for more money. Great Warranty Service I purchased a new Murano SL model year 2017.5 on 5/8/17, from another dealer. The Foward Emergency Braking did not work. On 10/24/17 the dealer I pu I purchased a new Murano SL model year 2017.5 on 5/8/17, from another dealer. The Foward Emergency Braking did not work. On 10/24/17 the dealer I purchased the car from insisted it was fine but refused to road test. Nissan Consumer Affairs refused to help. I took the car to Nissan of Picayune and within 2 hours they found a computer code blocking the FEB and found there was debris on the cameras.. The car now works as intended. Too bad Nissan did not honor their warranty as did this dealeer. More
They kept their word. I bought a 2008 RX 350 the SUV had low mileage on no dash cracks, hard to find both. Paid a fair price and they kept their word completing each item l I bought a 2008 RX 350 the SUV had low mileage on no dash cracks, hard to find both. Paid a fair price and they kept their word completing each item listed on the "we owe you owe" form. And then delivered the SUV to my home. One of the items on the to be completed list was to replace a pulley. While doing the work they noticed that the radiator had a slight leak, they replaced the radiator no charge. They wanted to deliver a sound used car without issues. I know many of the reviews have been poor lately, but at least in my case they seem to be working very hard to overcome a bad rep. Worst arrive after the sale. Incompetent! 2 months after the sale and still cannot get a tag for my daughters car because Nissan of Picayune hasn't sent the required title paperwork to the ban 2 months after the sale and still cannot get a tag for my daughters car because Nissan of Picayune hasn't sent the required title paperwork to the bank that financed us. Now she's gonna have to page a huge fee by the time she actually gets her tag. Everytime I call Nissan to speak to Kelly, the finance manager, to see what's going on, I get sent to voicemail and she never calls me back. All they care about is the sale and not the service after the sale. I'm in the market for a Rogue but will NEVER give them my business again! This is ridiculous! And "Big Chris" is the worst salesman we've ever had. More
