They kept their word. I bought a 2008 RX 350 the SUV had low mileage on no dash cracks, hard to find both. Paid a fair price and they kept their word completing each item listed on the "we owe you owe" form. And then delivered the SUV to my home. One of the items on the to be completed list was to replace a pulley. While doing the work they noticed that the radiator had a slight leak, they replaced the radiator no charge. They wanted to deliver a sound used car without issues. I know many of the reviews have been poor lately, but at least in my case they seem to be working very hard to overcome a bad rep. Worst arrive after the sale. Incompetent! 2 months after the sale and still cannot get a tag for my daughters car because Nissan of Picayune hasn't sent the required title paperwork to the ban 2 months after the sale and still cannot get a tag for my daughters car because Nissan of Picayune hasn't sent the required title paperwork to the bank that financed us. Now she's gonna have to page a huge fee by the time she actually gets her tag. Everytime I call Nissan to speak to Kelly, the finance manager, to see what's going on, I get sent to voicemail and she never calls me back. All they care about is the sale and not the service after the sale. I'm in the market for a Rogue but will NEVER give them my business again! This is ridiculous! And "Big Chris" is the worst salesman we've ever had. More

The BEST Nissan Service Center in the area! I recently moved back to Slidell, and brought both my vehicles (2012 Altima & 2013 Pathfinder) for service to Nissan of Picayune. Making the appointme I recently moved back to Slidell, and brought both my vehicles (2012 Altima & 2013 Pathfinder) for service to Nissan of Picayune. Making the appointment was easy, and they were ready to get to work on my cars when I arrived. Michelle @ the Service Center was kind, informative, and earned my trust immediately. She made sure I understood the issue I was having with my hatch door on the SUV and shared her experience with the possible resolution. She quoted the time it would take to get the parts in, as well as how long it would take to do the work. Both were spot on, and it helped me with planning my day to the fullest. I have always had thoughts that dealership service centers charge way more for parts and labor, and that they try to squeeze every penny out of you. Michelle and the team at Nissan of Picayune have made me realize that it matters WHICH dealership location you go to! I know that when the time comes to purchase a new car, I will be dealing with people that I trust. So glad to have you guys so close by! More

Oil Change I came in for an oil change and was out in no time. Melissa came and told me the evaluation on my car and I chose what I wanted to get done at that t I came in for an oil change and was out in no time.
