First I made the deal over the phone and called them when I was on the way to location and requested that they have the car ready. They had not even washed it or put gas in it and no paperwork was ready. The I was on the way to location and requested that they have the car ready. I wasted over an hour with him and he kept reminding me that the survivors only hurt him wish was awfully strange since he didn’t even do the original deal but he also did not speed my process along. Then I was told the title paperwork would be sent my house. 3 weeks later I was told it would be sent to the dmv which is not how that works in MO and no one at the dealership could explain why they were sending it to the dmv instead of me other than that it had a lean which by the time they sent the paperwork was no longer true. The only person who had a clue what they were doing was the finance manager and unfortunately he wasn’t available to speak to when it came to the title information. More
