Sales lady very helpful and good to work with on the purchase of the Kicks. Finance person added a lot of extras that we did not need which jacked the price way up. Wish that I could bug a vehicle without extra added on before I even get to the lot. Example there is not a vehicle without Auto Butler, etched windows or locking lug nuts. $245 for locking lugs . Now any common sense individual would know that 4 locking lugs don’t cost $245. If people are none the wiser sell this added cost to them but give the buyer the option of what they want .Don’t force an added cost .It really aggravates me when everyone there forces this Auto Butler on you and act like the vehicle is unreliable without it. We you know it is just an extra add on sale With like a 500% or better mark up. The warranty does not even cover the length of the 75 month finance plan. Wow how about that . That makes no sense does it. I am not being a difficult person I am just stating some of the facts . More
