After reading this review, I immediately began to investigate this claim. This review is loaded with misinformation and inaccuracies. I would first point out that this is a used vehicle. The sales person was the one to notice the hitch being slightly upright and brought it to service to have it checked out. Underneath the bumper it was slightly bent; no structural frame damage. The salesperson did his due diligence and contacted the customer. Next, when the customer's unacceptable low offer was refused; a deposit was taken in by a totally different sales person on this vehicle. Carfax does not report any vehicle damages that have not been reported by an insurance company or thru a police report. The customer was irritated that the extremely low ball offer was not accepted and therefore as a result slandered our organization.

First of all, I am not going to argue with these liars.... the truth is it has structural damage because the proof is in the pictures that the dealerships service center sent to my husband. Which we still have. I would have bought the truck at lower price not the sticker price. However; I am sure they did not disclose any information to the potential buyer that was stated put down a down payment. The truck is still on the lot. Need I say anymore....
