As I was headed to the Nissan of Picayune dealership with the intention of purchasing my first new car, I was greeted by a very pleasant and friendly female representative who introduced herself as a non-sal the intention of purchasing my first new car, I was greeted by a very pleasant and friendly female representative who introduced herself as a non-salesperson whose main objective was to answer some preliminary questions or concerns that I may have before being handed over to a salesperson. She was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough in her explanations. I was favorably impressed with this initial contact. Much to my chagrin, the salesperson who took over after her was extremely overbearing, condescending, rude, obnoxious, and seemed impatient with all of my questions. In fact, he even raised his voice at me. I questioned his attitude and requested another salesperson. I was then referred to the Sales Manager who profusely apologized for the incident and proceeded to painstakingly answer all of my remaining questions. The rest of the people with whom I interacted that morning were just as pleasant and professional. The Finance Manager was the most congenial of all. I had a blast with all of his jokes. In conclusion, my overall experience at this dealership was great except for one separate and isolated situation. I sure hope that they get rid of this rotten apple that is so unlike the rest of the team. More
