Warranty mix up It took service dept 3 days to determine the wheel bearings were covered by nissan factory warranty. I purchased an extended warranty. Dropped vehicle off Tuesday and waited several hours due to warranty company Needing to ok work. Finally was offered a rental Car thinking it would take a day or 2 to complete. Called back a few times to get status. Called my warranty company Friday morning and told me they confirmed with dealer cost woulbe be covered by nissan. Never got a call from fuccillo. I kept rental over weekend, $25 per day for insurance. I actually had to call back on Monday to determine status. Poor follow up and customer service. I'm out $150 when car should have been fixed on day after drop off. Not happy! More

Paid unnecessary money for a part not needed To make a long story short I was told I needed a new battery by service advisor Michelle and paid $159.99 for a new batrey when it was my key fog that To make a long story short I was told I needed a new battery by service advisor Michelle and paid $159.99 for a new batrey when it was my key fog that lost connection with the vehicle. My vehicle would not crank because my key could not be detected. The lights in my car and the horn worked so it was not the battery and when the person that came to tow the vehicle tested the battery said it was definitely not the battery. Michelle said once the battery in the key fog was replaced with the right battery ( I had a 2032 she replaced it with a 2025) the car did crank but the rpm was going down. The battery in the vehicle was a factory battery that came with the vehicle and was suppose to have a 84 month warranty so why would it go bad in 2 1/2 years? In the end the key fog had to be reprogrammed and my vehicle works find now. The battery was NEVER the problem.I also asked her to make sure the battery that was replaced was returned to me and left in my car, well the battery was not given back to me and when I called and left a message on her voicemail about the return of the battery she never returned the call. More

Recall # R1807 Brought our 2015 Murano in to have the ABS actuator checked because of a recall. This actuator had already been replaced in March 2017 under recall PC Brought our 2015 Murano in to have the ABS actuator checked because of a recall. This actuator had already been replaced in March 2017 under recall PC 4821. Maybe needed to check the replacement? Nevertheless in and out in less than an hour. Always been treated well.
